After several years of passing by this store I thought I would see what was inside. I decided to see if I could purchase a soda. The drab exterior with it'windows covered with metal grating is does not project a friendly atmosphere. The inside is ill-lit and dingy with a layer of dust covering many of the products. This is a store which bends foodstuffs ergo a person expects that a healthy level of housekeeping is adhered to but that is not the case with Ash Street Marker. I found the soda I was looking for then waited at the checkout while the cashier engaged in conversation with two other people near the checkout area. The cashier looked at me without saying anything so I asked how much I owed for the soda and received a terse reply. I left the store without a bag being offered for the soda or any other dialogue. I also left the store with the creepy feeling that this was a place which was not concerned with customer relations.

They are hardly ever open and don't have regular business hours
