Fast Glass! The difference is VERY clear. I walked in literally one minute before closing and when the manager walked in (which was very quickly), he did not even mention that they were closing nor did he try to rush me or try to tell me to come back tomorrow. He very politely greeted me with a smile and asked what he could do for me. So I told him I had a large mirror that I made cut down and he was in no rush to go home, but instead said, “let’s go take a look.” He was the only person there so I opened the doors for him as he carried the mirror in. Then he patiently told me the cut he recommended. I agreed 100%. He marked it up for his cutting team, and thanked me for coming by after I gave him my contact info so I can pick it up the next day.
I’ve been to their Nampa location several times and have already given them five stars. And now I know that their customer service at their Boise location is also great. It’s absolutely stellar. Fast Glass is the number one place for all your glass needs because they know the RIGHT way to run a business. Pricing. Service. Quality. BAM! What more does anybody want??

Bryson and team provided excellent quality and service during my recent visit. I get pretty apprehensive on who works on my restored truck, but I had full confidence in Bryson installing a new windshield. Critically important was the chrome trim around the window. This trim on my truck is no longer available for purchase, so the fact that I had all the chrome trim pieces meant putting it all together needed done correctly by someone who knew how to do it on an older truck. The final outcome was perfect, thank you Bryson and crew at Fast Glass!

I set an appointment. Fast glass was prompt at getting my vehicle in. They quoted 2 hours to do the front and rear windows on my truck. They were done in an hour and only charged me for the hour and not 2. Highly recommend

Fast glass did a great job on my windshield replacement. They were on time efficient. Car was clean after installation and no issues with glass or gaskets. I would recommend them for your glass needs.

They came recommended from the staff at Mike's clutch and Automotive and delivered grade A service. If I need a window replaced in the future, I will no longer need recommendations because Fast Glass will be my 1st call.

Fast Glass was amazing to work with! They were responsive, great customer care and very accommodating and very fair priced! We were headed out of town for a weekend get away when a rock hit our driver's side window and shattered it. We called them at 2:45 PM and they got us in at 3:30 PM and on the road at 4:30 PM to our destination. They let us ALL sit in their lobby and never once made us feel like an inconvenience. Without them we would have not made this trip. Thank you Fast Glass and all your staff, you are hands down the best company to work with and appreciate your business more than you know!

I stopped in for a windshield replacement hoping to get it done same day due to leaving town the next morning. Girls at the front counter were super helpful and happy to try and get my truck in and out if the schedule allowed for the day. I left the truck with them and and few hours later got a phone call, truck was done. Saved me a lot of time and hassle. Thank you Fast Glass!

WOW! I had a great experience here from start to finish. First off, found the BEST price for my windshield. I had gotten super high quotes from so many other places that left me so discouraged. You can even use their quote tool online to see your estimated quote before calling! Then the lady I spoke to over the phone multiple times was SOOO nice and answered all of my questions! They got my appointment on the schedule speedy quick, and they even had my car done before my appointment time. Now I finally have a glass place I can recommend!

10/10 went in for a rock chip repair without calling before hand and they had me in and out in less than 20 minutes! Super nice & friendly

This place is great. Messages online and received a call to schedule an appointment within an hour. I tried twice with the Elko Fast Glass and didn't receive a call... they need a lesson from the Boise store. Prices were incredibly low and blow away Safelite and Glass Doctor. Changed it my windshield in less than 45 minutes. Only place to go for auto glass.

I will use this Fast Glass location on Cole Rd. in Boise for ALL my glass needs forever after the way they took care of me and made a miracle happen. I had a clock that just needed a new glass face that I had planned to gift to my mom and needed a quick turn around to be able to give it to her in time for the party. I first went to Atkinson's Mirror and Glass and they said it'd be WEEKS and quoted me $90+. I go to Fast Glass and it's done by the next day for like ~$10. *'nough said* but I gotta shout out to Jessica and Troy. I cannot thank you both enough for making that happen. P.S. Mom LOVED the clock. 🤗

Got my car in fast and the pricing was almost half of what I was quoted at the big brand place, would happily recommend them and will go there again when another windshield or auto glass is needed.

They did a great job repairing a rock chip on my daughter’s car, so I brought my truck in for a windshield replacement. Their prices were very good and they performed both jobs while I waited.

Very friendly experience, very reasonable. I'll definitely be using them for all my glass needs from what I understand they also do other types of glass so one shop. I suppose that means plate glass also my boss uses them for his glass cabinet doors though I had to have my windshield replaced,and he found them to be extremely reasonable as well. They've got a large professional shop so yeah I would recommend them

After getting a quote from the local dealer I inquired Fast Glass for a quote. they are great! We've used them on several cars we own and their work has always been superior. Pricing for the new back slider glass (sliding window) was 50% of what the dealer would have charged. Our appointment made and finished within 2 hours. They have also fixed our screens and windows here at the house. GREAT COMPANY

Call in needed a windshield for my Freightliner cascade 2020. They had it in stock dropped my trailer bobtailed over in and out. Only took a half hr. Very polite and friendly will be back in the future if I need a windshield. Pricing was great deal. Paid $250.00 Dec 2nd 2022. I put the date because prices do fluctuate in our economy.

Byson was the gentleman who fixed the rock chip on my front windshield. He was polite, professional, knowledgeable, and remarkably fast. The entire experience lasted 10 minutes from parking to leaving. This location has their act together. Would highly recommend.
