Multiple receptionist went above and beyond to ensure my comfortability. 1 even went as far as laminating my medical card for me. I’ve never received service like this. Then I received news that I’d possibly be getting a 3rd surgery on my ankle. But guess what- if it’s in this office I Don’t Mind. They treated me so good. :-)

Dr Stellabotte is amazing and knows exactly what hes talking about. He makes sure your comfortable and where to follow up, how much of an emergency it is or if it can wait. The staff is as wonderful as well, friendly and greeting. They keep everyone updated. It is an urgent care which often you wait hours upon and the staff is great at keeping you updated with whats going on. They offer wheelchairs and equipment to make sure your comfortable! Healthcare Heros!!

My PCP referred me to this office for a wrist pain consultation, and the entire visit was pleasant. I arrived 30 minutes early for my 9:00 appointment to ensure I could get new patient paperwork filled out, paid my co-pay, and did not wait too long to be seen by first the nurse, the PA, and finally, the physician. I provided my chief complaint, he assessed the injured area, and within a few minutes I had a diagnosis and a treatment plan. A cortisone injection was done (ouchy) and I was fitted for a wrist brace. I was able to set-up my follow-up appointment during check-out. All-in-all, great experience, considering I only called yesterday to make an appointment.

This place was amazing--as were all of the people in the office--so kind, friendly and efficient. And Dr. Stellabotte was wonderful, professional and helpful. He helped to alleviate my pain and explained everything so thoroughly.

I got in and out of there so quickly--x-rays and all. What a great experience--I highly recommend it!

I have been to this practice multiple times over the years, mostly with two of my children who play sports. Last night it was myself who needed help. I was in and out in less than an hour, including X-rays performed on the floor above. Dr. Stellabotte read my x-rays, diagnosed the issue, gave me a cortisone shot, gave me follow up instructions, and I was on my way. I was ecstatic at the service, the convenience, and the professionalism. I will keep going back anytime anyone in my family has a sports injury.

I bet the unhappy customers in these reviews would be unhappy wherever they went. I have had multiple surgeries and multiple problems solved in this practice. Dr Stellabotte is professional and direct, he doesn't sugarcoat anything. A total pro.

I've been to the ortho urgent care for knee and back injuries, brought my husband for his hip, and referred my friend for her child's broken wrist. All experiences have been top quality. We had to wait a while with my husband but others had come in with clearly more serious injuries and I would want the same treatment if the "shoe was on the other foot" so to speak.

Unique to the area in that they have doctors who specialize in orthopedic injuries. The experience is much more pleasant when you call before you arrive! They will tell you what insurance information you need to bring.

Have utilized this urgent care center twice. Dr. Stellebotte was excellent..knowledgable and compassionate. Highly recommended.

Hurt my shoulder at work and went in to get evaluated.

Pros: Promptness & friendly staff
- quicker than an ER, was in and out in 1.5 hrs
- x-ray staff/techs were super nice
- helpful & pleasant front desk
- Dr. Stellabotte was prompt & recommended an office closer to my house for follow up which I appreciated

Cons: Dr. Stellabotte’s lack of bedside manner
- didn’t introduce himself (only know his name bc I looked for it on the discharge papers afterwards)
- gave an unspecific diagnosis, didn’t ask about my symptoms, & subsequently didn’t give an idea of when I might expect symptoms to ease up
- only asked if I had questions once he brought me back to front desk
- used wording that felt dismissive to me (but I understand that’s a more subjective experience)
- all in all, I was really frustrated by the impersonal approach. that being said, I didn’t get the sense that he was intentionally trying to be rude. It seems more like he was just prioritizing promptness above anything, came off as rude as a result, and was moving too quickly to notice.

In summary: would NOT recommend if you have any medical anxiety/trauma, have a hard time advocating for yourself when you’re in pain, or expect more personable care from the diagnosing physician. but it’s probably a GOOD fit if you value saving time, no-nonsense diagnosis/prescription, and don’t need to fully understand what’s going on in order to feel comfortable. I left feeling rushed and undereducated, but I have the signatures I need in order to rest my shoulder while it heals so I suppose that’s sufficient!
