Nick and his team are wonderful. They have been so accommodating to us as we travel with two small children. Our first experience with this hotel was a few years ago when we had a breakdown on the highway with two small children, Brenda was at the front desk and was very quick to accommodate us.
Our kids love the splash lagoon. We have been back twice in the last year. This is our go-to place in Erie PA.

This hotel was nice. The rooms were spacious, but needed some repair(baseboard falling off walls, ripped chairs). The breakfast was delicious and had many options. The front desk employee was friendly and welcoming. We stayed here because it connects to Splash Lagoon, we will definitely stay here again.

During our stay, my family had the pleasure of experiencing one of the packages offered by Splash Lagoon. However, our lovely time took a slight halt when we encountered a small hiccup – the heating system in our room suddenly stopped functioning. Much to our relief, the staff promptly addressed the issue by relocating us to another room. But that was not the end of the outstanding customer service extended to us. The following morning, the manager went the extra mile by providing us with additional compensation. To be honest, I never anticipated such service from a Comfort Inn! Well done indeed! Admittedly, the rooms may show signs of being outdated. However, this minor flaw is easily overshadowed by the exceptional service and cleanliness.

No chlorine smell in the rooms!!! Usually in a place connected to the Waterpark there is a certain..smell to contend with. This place was pleasantly without that feature. Will stay again.

The rooms were very clean and well-kept. Had a great pool and an even better breakfast. The staff were very friendly and great too. I loved my experience here but one thing I didn’t like was the beds, had an uncomfortable sleep with them unfortunately but the pillows felt great. Overall, I would give a 4.5/5 because of the bed experience. Will definitely be back

Surprisingly good experience. Breakfast was ample, room was clean & nice to be connected to splash lagoon. Don't expect high quality, it's a 2-3 star hotel. But for the location, the cost, and the ability to get into splash lagoon one hour early, I would definitely recommend and stay there again. Enjoy!

Perfect place for the splash lagoon water park. The room was clean, good breakfast and the staffs are helpful, friendly and respectful. Especially Destiny B. at the front desk she was very helpful to me and my family. She was happily to let us switch a different room so that my kids could stayed on the same floor their cousin and friends. Last but not least Chuck of the front desk (at night) he is a nice man, very friendly and easy to talk to. We really had a great time there.

This was a spur of the moment decision for me and my family. I called to make sure the whirlpool was working in the room I chose online. Asked if I could check in after 10pm. Both were, yes. We grabbed some clothes and swimming gear and left. 3 hours later we were there and enjoying ourselves. The breakfast was great, room was clean, hallways and common areas clean and smelled good. The staff was friendly and helpful. Overall great experience and I'd come back no doubt.

Me and my wife just got married this past weekend and we had no better place that was fun and affordable for our budget and has a splash lagoon connected to it. We also wanted to thank the management for getting us in early but helping us have a great stay. The manager was so nice and cared deeply for this establishment and we couldn’t be more thankful the pool was great and I recommend the breakfast we will be sure to be back some time very very soon thanks again for your hospitality room 206/106 Brandon and Emily Kirkpatrick

My husband, myself and our 4 children had a great stay. Great location, pool was nice, staff was overall all kind (the lady at our 9pm check-in seemed "bland" if you will) and the room was awesome. We got the room with the 2 person whirlpool and it's a MUST! Teenagers went to the pool, while the babies went "swimming" in the whirlpool. Also made for a nice relaxing evening after the kids went to bed. Would highly recommend!

We enjoyed our stay because it was connected to splash lagoon. If you don't like noise. Don't book this one, it is close to the highway.

The room was great. We had a little balcony area where we can see the hotel pool. It was cost efficient with also an easy access to the Waterpark. The hotel pool itself was fun too. Very clean.

Awesome rooms! The staff were very nice! I'd of wish they told us about the power outage they had because of the storm, and had told us before we got there, that way we would of known our clock in time was changed to br later.

Only stayed here for one night because of the bundle with splash lagoon rooms are okey not the best the beds are extremely uncomfortable the sheets felt rough to the touch the service was decent but could have been better

The room was clean n comfortable. Breakfast was awesome n easy access to the splash lagoon was icing on the cake!

We booked a hot tub suite for the weekend. It was very nice and relaxing, although next time we may check for a second floor room to avoid having overhead traffic. Breakfast was very plentiful both mornings with a varied selection. The indoor pool was not as warm as we had hoped it would be, but it was a great way to relax in the middle of the afternoon. We are looking forward to our next trip to Erie and will definitely try to book here.

We had a very nice room except for one thing - all the 2nd floor rooms appeared to have lovely little balconies outside (with a table and chairs) except ours (204), so that was disappointing.
Hotel is 2 floors, but no elevator (have to carry your stuff up). The bathtub needed a drain plug. Indoor pool looked really nice. Breakfast in the morning was excellent: scrambled eggs/sausage/biscuits & gravy (plus all the usual carbs: oatmeal/cereal/waffles/toast/bagels) fruit & yogurt. We would definitely stay here again.

We stayed here in 2019, it was amazing! The staff are super nice, and very helpful. The room we got was a king suite, and it was super clean. There was a balcony that lead to the HUGE indoor pool. Also, the waterpark attached to it was a BLAST! Great choice to stay in.
