Didn’t end up staying here for personal reasons but the customer service, specifically the front desk was excellent.

If every company operated this way we’d be better off

Went there for a business meeting in one of their conference rooms and the staff was very nice and the room was well maintained and clean.

Top notch front desk staff - they went above and beyond to make sure my stay was Perfect! Highly recommend!

Had a nice stay here! Friendly front desk. I like that they have a hot tub! Convenient location to a nearby bar/restaurant and an Aldi!

The kids and I were wiped out after a long day of driving, and we needed to rest. We called Rod at the front desk, and he kindly saved us a room since we were 17 minutes away with only two rooms left available for the night. The family beside us was having too much fun late into the evening. Rod gently reminded them to be quiet, giving us peace and rest. The Hilton Garden Inn has a prime location off US 90 E/W. We got off the exit and checked in 1 minute later. The room is spacious and clean. Many thanks for an easy, excellent stay from us all, Rod! We appreciate the hospitality and professionalism! 5 stars!

Beautiful hotel, very clean, many restaurants and other businesses in the immediate area, very pleasant and helpful staff.

Profesional staff, courteous, friendly, and helpful! Room was beautiful, clean, and as pictured on the site. I highly recommended this hotel for your next stay. Everything was easy access. Loved it

I haven't been to the USA since 2013 and my son wanted to go on a father son vacation.

My son decided to pick Erie, PA. So I said why not. We booked the hotel with Hilton Garden Inn. 1 month and a half later we took the drive down from London Ontario which was a 7 hour drive including our stops. We got to the hotel around 3:30 PM and my card was declined. Martina; who works the front desk, was very forgiving and polite as I had to call my bank. My bank blocked it as a fraud payment which got cleared. She also took care of all my son’s needs during our stay from Wednesday the 2nd to the 5th of August 2023. She was extremely professional and very happy. Same goes for the other girls Delight and Heidi when Martian wasn’t there.

We went to our rooms and it’s just as we would expect from the Hilton quality.

Jason was our bartender. Hand’s down to this guy! He helped me with what to do in town so my son and I could enjoy our stay as he is local. He also wrote everything out for me. He was also really good with my son who is 11. The conversations over the days were great with him; I actually extended our stay for an extra night as we were having so much fun at the state park and at the hotel with Jason and the guest there. Also compliments to the chef's; Food was amazing!

I will be back in late October and it's already booked. I will be coming with my son and my wife. It was an awesome place and we had a blast.

Up until I got to this hotel, our entire day was a complete disaster. The associate (Tony) at the front desk, not only got us a room, he listened to me vent about the events leading up to our spontaneous check in. The room was just what we needed and the accommodations were perfect. We requested to stay 2 hours over checkout because of the flight hours and the hotel was very accommodating. Thanks for the only bright spot in our adventurous day.

Side note: I can't express how at ease we felt once we checked in. Considering all that my wife and I had experienced leading up to searching for a hotel, Tony (front desk) made our day. Not only was his customer service experience on display, he also showed compassion and empathy for what we'd dealt with. At a time when stress was high for his customers, he was able to put us at ease and show us great hospitality... a hard challenge in itself. Kudos to this young man... and thanks again for listening to our needs.

Everything was great but too many people in the small pool. There also needs to be a capacity limit for the pool. Paid to swim and could not due to a the pool being filled all day and night. Other than that great place!

Just drove 2000 miles and stayed at so many hotels. This one had The best service we’ve had in like 8 states. Tony and Jody seriously made us feel so welcome. Can’t express enough how much this meant to us after so many bad experiences.

This property is off of the main drag which is so nice! The desk workers were absolutely wonderful! Nothing but helpful! I needed a cork remover to open my wine, they had one for me to use!
We missed breakfast but, the bed was comfortable, room was clean and nice. This was an amazing hotel.

I brought my group sew great tours to this location. I had 48 people to please and all were thrilled with this hotel. We had a 9 day trip to New England and this by far was the nicest hotel. With 25 rooms to check in, it took me less than a minute. and check out was the same. If you have a group to impress, this is the hotel to use. I have operated my tour business since 1993 and I would say this hotel is in the top 10!

Well first I am a team member at a different Hotel. Eire is one of my favorite spots to get away for a little. The rooms were fantastic clean! The manger at the hotel does an awesome job! Loved talking with Bartender and just getting to know everyone! I be back for sure! #Team Hilton!

I have stayed at this location for the past 3 years for an event that is every spring and I love this location. Very clean, hotel staff is very nice, just all around good experience. I do recommend!!!

This is a "near the highway" hotel. Perfect for overnight stays. Staff professionally addresses issues if they arise. Rooms are clean, and facilities are standard.

Pros:
Two room suites
Tesla Supercharger on site.
Made to order breakfast
Coffee station, fridge and microwave in the room
Restaurant/bistro on site (pan asian salad with Salmon or chicken was great)
Cons: It's not a 5 star hotel.🙂

Really enjoyed our stay! The room was spacious and very clean. We had a delicious dinner in the evening along with drinks. Loved that we could order breakfast if we didn't want the buffet. Our waitress went out of her way to get us crackers and a glass of orange juice for my husband who had a sinus infection.

We chose to stay here during a move because it has an enormous parking lot, and we were driving a 26' truck with an auto hauler. This hotel did not disappoint. The breakfast was as good as any Hotel breakfast. Would stay again.

When there for a private party. Catering staff were very accommodating, courteous, and prompt!

Stayed one night and had no issues. Pool area was very nice and relaxing. Room and entire hotel is very well kept and extremely clean. Staff was very friendly and professional. I would stay here again.
