AT&T Store

came in today to switch from my terrible network (Boost Mobile) to AT&T. Staff was extremely knowledgeable and personable. Was in and out within an hour. Would 100% recommend this location.

The 26th St. Store in Erie Pa is the best! We've had so many techs help us over the years and will only go to this store. Hunter was awesome!

Just switch from Verizon and the last week has been so much better! The service is amazing and don’t regret it at all. Johnathan (store manager) help me greatly with putting on outside purchased screen protectors and made the transition process 10x smother. :) highly recommend

I have always had wonderful customer service with the employees that I have come in contact with at the 26th street store. They have gone out of their way to assist me.

I brought my own device to AT&T Prepaid and did everything online and had some trouble with my esim during activation, I came in around 6:45 the other night and the gentleman was very kind, and helped me out with the "port" gave me my account number, I called customer care and had my phone activated within 40 mins because of some technical issues. Everyone at this location has been really helpful and kind.
I do wish AT&T Prepaid could have some better phone selections, their own mobile application, and more perks on their plans! Great service.

My name is Robyn Fenstermacher and my experience at this store was absolutely wonderful! I was very lucky to have Rich as my salesman. He made what I thought would be a nightmare to make happen, happen with ease. He was so very personable and knowledgeable. Came in to upgrade my phone and Mark and his whole team were very helpful. Got me my upgrade and they were all very easy to work with. I will definitely be back.

I cannot be grateful enough for the exemplary service I had from Dustin, Austin and Robby at this store. My phone died in the middle of moving, and the assistance they gave me was above and beyond that I ever had from any store. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for excellent service. They took all the time and patience I needed to get, and understand, my new phone.

I bought a new iPhone 12 through them and it was a super easy process! Unfortunately when I called the customer service line to get my phone activated, they MAJORLY screwed it up and switched my number with another family member! It was a very long and frustrating process and by the end of it, they told both of us that we needed new SIM cards when I had only called them to activate my phone. I went back to the store the next day and they were amazing!! They got me a new SIM card free of charge and I was out with my working phone in under 5 minutes. Everyone there was incredibly kind and understanding and I highly recommend this store for any phone issues! Definitely go to the store instead of calling the customer service line!

Austin at this store was amazing! We were on vacation from NC and went into a bulk-store retailer that had a good offer.

Long story, short, it was a disaster until we popped in to this store. Austin and his colleagues had it all sorted out within 2hrs and it also saved us many more hours of time trying to correct the original issues. They even accepted our trade-ins and saved us the hassle of receiving/mailing of new and trade in phones.

Go see them and give them a chance to make it right.

My wife and I bought phones from Jake at this store. He was very helpful with finding a phone that fit our budget. He was also very helpful in moving all of our information from different providers and older phones to new smart phones. We felt very comfortable working with him. He was very approachable and knowledgeable about the inventory (phones and accessories) in the store. Thanks for the great experience!

The staff were very helpful and honest. One employee was new and instead of just giving random answers she asked the manager for help which was nice! They both took great care of us and got us new phones at a great price! We will definitely be back in the future!

Rich was awesome. I mean, I called everywhere (Verizon, t-mobile, etc) asking different questions and trying to get answers. He was the most patient, the most kind, and the most knowledgeable. I ultimately decided to go with AT&T as my carrier because of him and his service. And I wasn't disappointed when I finally met him in person. His service was as quality in person as it was over the phone. Overall, i will be recommending AT&T (specifically 26th street) because of him and how I was treated while I was there. 5 stars for fast, fun, friendly, and knowledgeable service.

We went to the West 26th Street store to get new phones, and were helped by Leyla and Ashley.
They were great! They spent time with us, explained everything and gave wonderful customer service. They answered our questions and helped us to get the best deal on new phones for our family. It was a pleasant, enjoyable experience, not something you can always say when shopping for a phone.
I highly recommend them and the West 26th street store for anyone looking to get AT&T service.

Best place on the planet!!! The associates are so GREAT, They rock my socks off! Seriously... side note: Mark Bessetti (the one who helped me) was so polite and engaging! He made me feel like they were so happy to have me in their store. I will always go back for all my wireless needs!

Megan is absolutely 500% dedicated to her customers. I’ve never seen anyone go out of their way for a customer, in the cell phone world, like she does. So very knowledgeable, so kind, so outgoing and will always try to make it the best possible experience for you!

Dustin was fantastic. After a mistake on AT&T’s side and shutting off 3 of our 4 phones, Dustin stayed to help correct the problem. We were going out of town the next morning and did not have time for this. But Dustin got everyone taken care of in a timely manner. Thank you Dustin for being supportive and professional while we were frustrated.

Your representative Dallas is his name is true ending a remarkable young man and goes over and Beyond in order to help you. As well as Megan that works at the same site. Your other locations did you have I'm more interested in sales and answering questions or going out of their way in order to help you solve problems if they can help you real quick then then I have been told that it cannot be done. Whereas went here and found out the things can be done. And no pressure to buy anything although I have bought new products from them.

The staff at AT&T are among the most exceptional in the wireless industry. They are reliable, efficient and, above all, empathetic and attentive to customer needs. To Nick, who is currently stationed at the mall kiosk, I give a shout out for helping me with an unbelievable upgrade. Since Nick has transferred, I have had several issues with new phone and Rich has been an absolute gem. Patience can run thin and I understand for sure, but he and the rest of the 26th St. staff have been and continue to be the best of the best😊!!

Was having a problem with my iPhone8 dying of low battery even though the battery icon showed 100%. Would only run for a few minutes unless it was on the charger. The store rep (Tony, I think) checked the phone and found my battery health was a little low (86%) and suggested that was probably the issue. While they weren't able to replace the battery for me, he did suggest another place in town to get a replacement and that has fixed my problem. Quick, polite and knowledgeable service.
