The owner was very nice and helpful! He offered to let us look at the room before charging us, and let us switch rooms for convenience. He only bought the place recently, and it was clearly needing a lot of work, but he’s done an amazing job so far with the renovations! Our renovated room was very nice for a great price. Everything was clean, the sheets were a nice quality, and all of the furniture looked new.

Surprisingly nice place to stay, says free breakfast, but there wasn’t for this morning.. friendly staff, they held a room for us when trying to book something last minute last night when literally everywhere else in the area was sold out! Would recommend and would absolutely stay here again. Reasonable prices!!

Went back home after years of being gone. We knew this motel 50 years ago. New owners were very nice and helpful. Rooms need updating but were very clean and the queen beds were comfortable. Breakfast was adequate and the plans the new owners have see very nice. I would recommend this motel.

I have been here for almost two weeks! These people are the sweetest most accommodating people. My room was clean and they gave me the best room to accommodate me and my dogs! They offered to help me in every way possible! I would gladly stay here again and recommend this hotel. Thank you!

I'll give it a 5 for what it is, it's conveniently located, well lit at night, affordable, clean, comfortable. Great stop for a weary traveler. Owner is super friendly, showed my room before I paid. I've stayed at worse higher end hotels.

My son and I didn't have enough time to finish our vacation in NY last week so we took a day to come back up to visit Panama Rocks in NY. We spent the day in Erie and looked online for hotels in-between. This place got a lot of great reviews and I can see why. It is right off the highway but we couldn't hear the road noise once we got in the room. Plenty of space. When we got there the gentleman was very friendly. Asked about our travels and how we were. He also asked if we had dinner yet. I've read reviews where they say that the owners make sure you have ate. We already did, but I have a feeling if I told him we hadn't he would of arranged something for us. Right after we got to our room we had an issue that came up that had nothing to do with the hotel. Explained to the front desk gentleman, and he's took care of the problem. Once again it wasn't the hotels problem, or his, but he took care of it. It looks like it's going through renovations. With that and the front desk awesomeness, I highly recommend this place and we will be back again. Great service once again !!

If you are budget minded and don't mind a nostalgic feel, this is an ideal place to stay. Building was constructed in 1964 according to city assessor.

This place is near the highway. Parking is paved, easy for straight trucks, uhauls, and pickups with tow behinds.

Truely pet friendly places are worth any price and saw a full size friendly happy dog during my stay.

My room was on the non highway side of building and slept very well. Bed was comfortable. My stay was during August, air conditioning worked fine. Room was clean. I felt safe at all times. It was awesome being able to back up car next to room.

Internet, TV, phones, fridge, and microwave worked. Shower was good and hot as I wanted, long lasting too. All drains worked, no problems with toilet. Water was clear, and felt ok to use for brushing teeth.

Ownership changed April 2018, and new owner is remodeling during off season so the place is sure to evolve as time goes by.

Very friendly staff, Anita is a very sweet lady. She was understanding when we had to leave a day early due to a family emergency and we even received a partial refund. Thank you.

Rooms were clean and everything we needed was provided. Owner was very nice and made last minute accommodations for us. The location was right off the highway and right down the street from many different restaurants. Would go again.

Very much enjoyed my stay at the Red carpet inn in North warren PA. The staff was friendly. I was traveling through from Northwestern Arkansas. Rates were great and the room was very clean.

Very friendly management very accommodating stayed this past Friday we are from new Hampshire and stayed one night traveling thru very clean. Nice showers comfy beds they are working on updating we highly recommend them

Great place to stay. Boyfriend and I were on our way to see family when the weather got to bad and we stopped in. Got a call about an hour later saying weather cleared up and owner gave me a full refund with no questions asked! Great place and nice people

Great place to stay wasn't too expensive and was great for the price, could see the sun set and rise and there was plenty of parking. Its also very conveniently located just off the highway, the staff is also super friendly and helpful

Was nervous for traveling out of town and coming in late but the staff was absolutely incredible. It is so cute and quite, I would definitely stay again.

Great management, clean huge rooms, very friendly and accommodating, nice breakfast, we, heard no noises and the beds we're outstanding there is a ghost in room 18 but it is friendly, would recommend and would stay here again if we cane back this way

FOR THOSE ON A BUDGET THIS IS GREAT! ALL BASIC NEEDS ARE PROVIDED. THE MOTEL IS UNDER NEW OWNERSHIP AND ITS OBVIOUS HE IS IN THE PROCESS OF MAKING IMPROVEMENTS. THE ROOM WAS VERY CLEAN, WELL STOCKED AND QUIET. I'LL BE STAYING AGAIN.

this place has great service and the rooms are very neat and clean and also comfortable also the mananger is very friendly and quickly answer my question and the breakfast is hot breakfast it is a great hotel to stay and I really love this motel :)

Definitely improving this place. A lot of work done and they are doing an excellent job. Very nice and professional personnel. I will be staying here again and I would highly recommend it.
