Clean rooms and the price is right

The people was very friendly.

The owners were so nice and accommodating. I was there for the night for a test I had to take close by. They were encouraging and made sure they gave me the most quiet room away from others. The room was very clean, which is hard to find for that kind of price!

You get what you pay for. Not perfect, but it's a rustic family owned motel. Rooms are clean, Jacuzzi bathtub was very nice, bed was comfy. BIG TV. Owners were very polite and it was a great price.

Went for the eclipse. Great location near Presque Isle with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. Room had good hot water pressure and a nice big TV. Staff was extremely friendly.

I booked in 8/23 for the the eclipse. I called to confirm 3/24 and was told they "changed ownership" and would not honor the booking. I never received notification from buyer or seller. We would have never know and just shown up there. The man on the phone was very rude and threatening. I would not stay here.

This motel was awful. My son left his cell phone there and over a week later after they promised to send it to me I still don't have it but received an alert that someone tried to use that phone.

Now another 2 weeks later, I called about the phone again and they are refusing to return it to me because of the previous negative feedback I left over the phone. "We are keeping the phone because you left negative feedback. You are never allowed to stay in this hotel again because of your feedback". I wouldn't trust them with any of my belongings, even if I only left the room for a minute!

The pool is green, the bed linen had cigarette burns, the WiFi doesn't work, and the room stunk. The management speaks very poor English and is not friendly at all.

This place is in really rough shape. When I stayed here, there was gum on the wall, the coffee pot was unwashed and the wi-fi was unreachable. The cleaning service cleaned my room and left the door to the room open and visible from the street for an undetermined amount of time. I approached the owner about this, and he never apologized, but told me, "Don't worry. This is a safe area." Which was a lie. I'm from Cleveland, and I didn't find this to be a nice area by any stretch.

My personal experience: Rude staff when I called. They told me a price for a room then I called back 30 minutes later and the person told me don’t waste my time, I don’t have that price.

The owner, Mukesh, was very rude and chauvinistic towards us.
