Time and time again, the pharmaceutical staff is awesome! From something as picking up prescriptions to changing insurance providers, the staff is always polite, professional and very helpful. I recommend this Pharmacy to everyone!

This website vaccine page was very difficult and not easy to navigate. I became very frustrated and just gave up. I will just have my PCP order the vaccines I need.

Store was clean, but checking out in the pharmacy was a real joke, the tech Ryan was very rude .

If you shop here you are subject to profiling. I'm a tall skinny man with a full beard and was wearing a knit hat and winter coat. I was being followed around the store by a manager a while back and when I said something to her about it looking like she was watching me she asked me to empty my right coat and pants pocket because she saw me 'put merchandise in my pocket' when the only things I could produce from all of my pockets was a wallet and cell phone she asked me to leave even though i didn't steal our attempt to steal anything.

Absolutely awful experience with this pharmacy. Recieved no notification when I called in the refill that my insurance needed updated. The staff that I dealt with regarding the matter was extremely rude. When I came back the next day with my new insurance cards, I was told the medication was put back and that I'd have to wait for them to fill it again, which is ridiculous. I will be switching pharmacies. I reccomend anywhere but here.

Technicians and Pharmacist are very rude. They claim Very important medicine is on back order or not available and they don't have the common courtesy to call and let you know your very important everyday medicine is not available when it's on auto order. They claim that they are not able to get it, yet my local mom and pop pharmacy paid a little extra to get it for us the next day. They care more about their profit margins instead of a 12 year olds needed daily prescription. They only want to order from some cheap Chinese distributors instead of taking an extra 5 minutes out of their day to find it elsewhere like Girard Pharmacy did. Unfortunately my insurance requires us to use them

Denied my prescription. Pharmacist was rude and hung up on me.

Got denied my COVID test appointment because I didn't have my phone on me. I offered to provide more information/ID to prove my identity, and the pharmacist started reciting a script about privacy information at me. If I was some other person trying to fake my identity I could just go home with the same information, schedule a new appointment, bring my phone, and get away with it. In reality all this woman did was delay my health information for no reason.
