Service was terrific 👍 and the waitress did a superb job. Food and the margarita were top notch. It is worth the money and time. I highly recommend it to everyone.

Great place and atmosphere. Bartender was nice and friendly and had great recommendations. I had the Gobblerito and it was beyond delicious. I had my doubts but the bartender encouraged me to get it and I am so glad I did. They also have a great beer selection. Highly recommend this place.

Great food! A little pricey for the amount that you get but we really enjoyed our visit. Fish tacos were very good, as were the black beans and quesadillas.

Great fresh tasting food with plenty of vegan options. Loved the skull and dark theme of the restaurant. Service was fast and friendly. Large portions.

Have visited 3 times now, and finally getting around to reviewing. Have had great service each time. Atmosphere is wonderful, especially the lighting. Food has rivaled some of the best Tex Mex places back home, and they are my wife's favorite restaurant!

We stopped here after walking out of place next door due to no service. So happy we did! Great bartender, Mike, with a a smile and welcome! Food and drinks were fantastic. Stop in- you won’t be disappointed. Make sure to try the margaritas!!

Our waiter was great. Took our order, and the food came out hot, and our wait was not long. The food was delicious, and we had leftovers to take home for later.

The service was fast and friendly. The temperature in the room was pleasant. Most restaurants keep it cold n this time of year that's no fun. The food came out quickly, hot , and delicious! We started with the chips n 3 salsas. All fresh and the corn was sweet. I had the chicken Tinga and oh my gosh was it good! My boyfriend had the burrito with beef. Huge portion! Also delicious! Highly reccomend coming here for a spicy fast fix when the craving strikes. Our server was Sylas and he was on top of everything, quick, and polite. Restaurant manager Jen made sure to come over and make sure we were satisfied. Best service we've had thus far when going out

The ambience was amazing and the food even better! I had a spicy shrimp, mushroom and kale quesadilla that made me weak in the knees, and the hazelnut churros were so good I haven't been able to stop dreaming about them since. Prices were fair and the vibe was chill so overall 10/10.

McKenzie served us today and did an excellent job. She was not only our server, but bartended as well, practically a one man operation.

She gave us excellent recommendations and remembered all of our modifications for our order, and even reminded us that we got a free desert with our kids food 3 times because we didn't realize we got one.

Good service great food wi Fi is wheelchair Accesible ( if you enter from mall you have to zig zag through restaurant to back left corner hostess stand and tables , in nice i weather I would just use that entrance) . Last time there I had the Gobblerito (?Thanksgiving dinner in a burrito

Cute atmosphere, lots of authentic Cali/Mex fusion. The service was ok. The bathrooms were clean. The portions are acceptable.

Visiting Erie for the week. Came across Max Mex and decided to give it a try. I'm glad we did...Our server Casey was great, she was very personable and attentive. Thank you for the great experience!

Love this place.

We make a point of eating at Mad Mex every time we visit Erie. The atmosphere is really fun with a 'day of the dead' theme and cool artwork all over.

The service is always great and the food is phenomenal. Try the chimichanga, you will not be disappointed. Soo good!

Visiting from Canada. Hubby had a burrito and I the fajitas. Portion sizes are amazing. And flavors even better. Our server was great much better than the lady who showed us to our table. She seemed pissed at the world. Forgot to get pictures

Great variety on the menu for meat eaters, pescatarian, vegetarians and vegans. The menu is labeled to show which meals can be made vegetarian or vegan. The service is friendly and attentive. The restaurant is clean, portion sizes are large and the food is good.

First time visit from

Is tender and very flavorful!! So much so that we are having our second half tomorrow!! Please give this restaurant a try and sit back and enjoy the setting the music and the food!!!

The Chimy Chonga and Mad Max were both really delicious. Kitchen times were less than 10 mins, which was phenomenal, compared to the average restaurant in Erie. The Frozen margaritas were nice and strong, but not overly strong. The service was also quick and excellent. Restaurant including bathrooms were VERY clean. Hats off to Mad Mex for providing and excellent first experience.

My children and I love this restaurant. The food is delicious, especially the guacamole, and the staff was very efficient and friendly.
