Brent's Pharmacy

There was another popular pharmacy in Washington I was dealing with for about 2 years. Every time I went in they treated me like they did not know me. I decided to try Brent’s. It only took one visit and by the next time I stopped by they knew my name and knew what I was there to pick up. Knowledgeable, professional, and personable. Highly recommended!

This pharmacy and staff are beyond amazing! I’m not local to the area and the whole staff went above and beyond to accommodate my need of getting a certain prescription and delivered it free of charge. Not enough thanks for their kindness and assistance

I was a Walgreens girl throughout my entire adolescent and young adult life and stopped going to them due to many circumstances that I wont get into. I then switched to Harmons Pharmacy for more of a "hospitality" feel and unfortunately their versions of one of the meds that I take did *not* work with my brain chemistry.
I then decided to switch to a locally owned pharmacy (Brent's) and I have never been let down by them. They take care of each of their patients needs continue to help me out with all of my concerns. The staff are friendly and overall caring people. Can't recommend this place enough!

We've used another pharmacy we love and have been going to for years. But we had to go to Brent's to pickup one they didn't have in stock at our regular pharmacy. We've been there ONCE over a year ago and he remembered us. The drive up is quick and easy and they helped us when we needed. I called about a prescription I pay over $100 at the other place (other place has told me I could get it cheaper elsewhere but their service is amazing) and he quoted me over $40 cheaper. I'm a stay at home mom with babies and the drive through is so much easier for me. I'm seriously considering switching asap because their service is over the top good.

I have so many positive things to say about this pharmacy. First, they are SO kind! They treat you like you're there friend, and not a customer. They also send personalized birthday cards in the mail and I just love that! Reminds me of the good old days, a small town pharmacie. Dan is super kind and answers all of my lists of monthly questions. Drive thru is also fast convenient !

The Pharmacist has a wealth of knowledge. He is kind and does all that he can to help and explain my medications to me. He is willing to call and clarify things with me as well as the Physician if needed. Thank you

I love bringing my business to this family, friendly pharmacy. The owner is always super nice and accommodating. Going there for a year and I wouldn’t go to any other pharmacy. Not only medication prices but the discount on other everyday household staples are amazing. Highly recommended.

I recently moved back to St. George and had two surgeries. Out of convenience I used a well known pharmacy close to my home. I called that pharmacy and scheduled a Pick up for Saturday after my knee surgery. When my husband went to get my medicine they were closed for covid cleaning. When I called to see if they could get my prescription sent to another store, they just told me I'd have to wait until the next day for the medicine I needed that night. They were not helpful. (Some might say they were down right rude)

That is when a friend told me about Brents pharmacy and that they deliver. I can hardly walk after my surgery and have a brace and crutches. My husband works 12-14 hours with his commute.

I called Brents pharmacy and they went above and beyond to help. There customer service was superb, they treated me like a friend (not a number or inconvenience)... And did I mention their priced was significantly less than the other pharmacy!

Iam swiitching all my prescriptions to Brents Pharmacy off red cliffs by the mall! They have fabulous customer service! They deliver!!! And they cost less!

We highly recommend Brent's Pharmacy. We called Brent's Pharmacy to ask if medicine could be delivered for my grandmother. We are from a different state and no one else could get the medicine for her. The pharmacist went out of his way to make sure that she could get the medicine she needed, and even provided us with information that we could share with her. My grandmother does not speak English, and the pharmacist ensured us that he would still be able to help us the best that he could. Thank you so much for helping us out! We really do appreciate it.

Brent's Pharmacy on Red Cliffs Drive is the best pharmacy in the county! The pharmacist and staff are very friendly and really work hard to make sure you get what you need. Our family had trouble getting a prescription called in from the doctor's office, and the staff at Brent's kept calling the doctor's office until we got the error corrected. That was above and beyond- it was our job to get the prescription there. Very much appreciated! They also deliver, which is very nice for a busy mom!

Dan and his team are first rate! Any pharmacy can put pills in a bottle, but they offer care, real prescription advice, and true service. I've moved from St. George and I'm still using Brent's Pharmacy.

So impressed by the professional and friendly staff at the new Brent's Pharmacy on Red Cliffs Drive. I feel they sincerely care about their customers and they always take the time to answer my questions and help me find the most affordable answer. Besides their drive thru (that I love) I have been impressed by their free delivery service whether you live in Ivins or Hurricane or anywhere in between they deliver! We were visiting from out of town and needed a diabetic g6 sensor for our 10 year old. After a full day of working with dozens of people Brents pharmacy came through for us! So grateful for there efforts if we lived in st George we would use them and highly recommend them.

I went in to get some meds for a dying cat I was caring for who had cancer. They were kind to me and when the cat had difficulty taking the horribly flavored med the pharmacist went out of his way to try and find a solution. Though we couldn't use it as the med was too bitter, I was still impressed. It wound up that beef flavor rather than chicken was the best doable solution. When I came in asking for the 4 doses that I'd need to give him before we put him to sleep they gave me a deep discount. Truly caring people.

Glad they have a new location that is more convenient for me. Brent has always been great, and the techs (and pharmacist Dan) at this new location are the best. Much better experience than big chain pharmacies.

Dan at Brett’s Pharmacy was able to formulate two special prescriptions for me. He was willing to research them and order them and even brought them to my door. Great service! I highly recommend this business!

I love the guys here! They moved mountains to help me get the complications with my prescriptions worked out. They also gave me recommendations for a new doctor. They are awesome!!

Things I can’t find anywhere else, I just ask and if they don’t care it, they order any usually have it for you next day. If you want customer care, Dan and Amanda are the best ! Can’t say enough good things 🥰 Thanks !
