Once again I needed help with a move. Called on a Tuesday, received a quote and an appointment that Friday!! I received a call the day before to confirm and also the morning of the move! A truck and two very nice guys arrived on time and all was moved within 3 hours! And that’s why I always call Big Ben’s! Thanx guys!!

The Big Ben's team of 3 were cordial, friendly, attentive to details and seemingly enjoyed the process of what they were doing, thus showing forth respect for whom they were serving.

We've utilized movers in the past and grew very disappointed in their overall approach to what they would consider more a job, rather than a service they were providing with respectful courtesies and integrity attached to it.... taking good care of the owners properties.

I especially appreciated Tanner's attentiveness and delicateness in disassembling and reassembling parts of a desk that was mismanaged/damaged in previous moves, but a piece of furniture that has proved of great use for my wife for many years, but also, it holding precious memories, for what would appear to most, just an ordinary desk.

And I also loved how they spread everything out in the van in helping to maintain the integrity of all the items the best they could.

Of what I've experienced with other moving companies, piling high is the way to go, so they can shove in other deliveries for the sake of THEM saving money and we footing the bill for potentially mishandled/damaged items. Big Ben's is the way to go if you want it done right and with integrity.

Big bens is amazing! Tanner and Brian are solid workers! They showed up at 9:30am to load and by the time we drove to the new house they didn’t get done with the unload until 1 am! I never heard any complaints, and they continued to work solid the entire time! They stayed positive about it all! And had great energy! My 3 year old was following them around saying “my friends”… where I would of probably gotten annoyed, they still worked really well and gave her some attention! My 7 year old also loved to talk to them- and they would respond and react to both children with a lot of compassion! Highly recommend Big Bens! Also Ben (the owner) is a solid guy! He’s honest, and has integrity! You can trust him! It was way nice not having to lift anything, and big bens did everything for you! They were very professional and vocal with everything they did! You won’t regret your decision in choosing Big Bens! If I could give more stars, I would!

My daughter and I moved to Santa Clara from up north. It was a stressful move but when the 2 men from Big Ben's Moving and Storage got here, that stress quickly went away! They were very professional and kind. They were able to lift heavy dressers and 2 heavy armoires, it seemed with ease, using body straps and each other. They were careful not to hit the walls with the furniture even in tight fit situations.They had the truck unloaded in about an hour and even set up my bed and put the legs on a table for me! They were great!
If you are moving, I wouldn't hesitate to hire this company. I'm so grateful that I did!!

The Big Ben's crew was awesome!! Got us moved quickly and showed up both for load and unload right when they said they would. We were able to move from Cedar City to Las Vegas by the next day! Highly recommend.

Big Ben's Moving and Storage is a wonderful Business. They worked with me, helped me, were kind and respectful. They had to move 24 huge totes of books. The totes would not fit through the slider. These totes were so heavy it took 2 men to carry them up-stairs. They did it with out any complaints! Loading and unloading was great! I would use them again!

Big Ben’s moved my entire house. This was a stressful move and they made it super easy. I had some more fragile items like my moms piano and it was moved carefully and sustained no damage. They are quick and efficient and communicate with you before and during the move.

Big bens was perfect for our small move. We lived in a 3rd floor apartment without an elevator and they were very efficient, handled our belongings with care and very personal. All members of the team communicated well to let us know they were on the way, what was happening and the understanding of the expense. This is the second using Big Ben’s and will use again if we have to move!

First, I will say that I give them 5 stars for these attributes: professionalism & prompt appt time. The crew that moved for me was clean cut, with uniforms, courteous and on time.

If you're working on a budget, you may want to look at all the options. This place charges several fees. I had to pay booking fee, then CC processing fee, then labor fee, then transport (driving the truck) fee. All said and done, my total cost was $530 for 1 hour of work.

Big Bens Moving do an amazing job. There guys are always nice and respectful. I called them on short notice and they were so nice to work with. They helped my family move into some storage units and they made the process super easy! I know a ton of people that have used them and they have all loved their experience! These guys are worth hiring for every kind of move!

From packing (everything) to hauling it and putting all the furniture back in it's new place. I didn't have to think, other than guide them where everything goes.
