My teenage son was looking for a new-to-him car with rather specific styles/features. I found a possibility at Frontier and immediately called about it. Unfortunately, that car was sold but they had gotten in another model, a year newer, with the same features. They hadn't listed it on their site yet but we were able to go drive it that evening.

Kirk worked with us on the details and gave us an IOU for a repair to the heating system. Things got a little out of sorts with timing and availability on our end and technician issues on their end. However, John kept the word of Frontier and got the car repaired. To make life easier for us (an hour away), he sent drivers to pick up the vehicle and let me drive a loaner vehicle during the repair. When the repair was finished, his drivers swapped vehicles at my job.

The loaner vehicle was a car for sale so I can attest to the fact that their cars are clean, relatively low mileage for the years that they are, and in good repair. I trust that the heating issue in my son's car would've been fixed before listing it for sale - we just happened to look at it before it was listed. I would have no qualms about purchasing from Frontier again, should the need arise and they have what I want.

John was wonderful. We purchased a vehicle for our daughter who is turning 16 and is very particular. He had a great selection of used vehicles and they are reasonably priced. He went above and beyond for us and worked with our schedule. I’d give him 5 stars!

I would recommend Frontier Auto Sales to anyone who is interested in good quality cars and excellent service! Everyone who works there is so kind, and very helpful and down to Earth. They truly make you feel welcome. I am a returning customer and wouldn't think to go anywhere else!

I was looking for a car for a new driver and Frontier had a quality vehicle to fill the need. Easy to work with and it was a super quick transaction to walk away with the keys. John was always quick to respond to all questions. Their dogs were great to pay attention to during the transaction.

I found Frontier doing a Carfax search. I read their Google reviews before deciding to make the drive, about an hour from my home. I had a list and a budget, John was on duty the day I went and made this the best experience. He showed me everything and I was able to drive every car I was considering. He listened to what I was looking for, never pressured me. He answered every question and gave me sound advice. When I had it narrowed down to two choices, he ran the numbers for me. I requested to have the cars put in the lift to look underneath, not an issue. The paperwork went smoothly and they delivered my car two days later. I am over the moon to have found someone who is honest and has integrity. Will be definitely going back. Thank you so much John, Kirk and your team!

I would give 10 out of 5 Stars if the system would let me! These Guys are amazing! They are definitely no pressure, here to help, customer first oriented. I have never dealt with anyone as good as this when buying a car, and this was my 11th time buying a vehicle and was by far the best experience I have ever had. I will be going back when I need another vehicle. You should go there as well, you will be very glad you did!

Drove over an hour to check out a van. The photos actually didn't do it justice. Is in great condition and very clean. Staff was warm, welcoming, and accommodating. Never felt pressured or that typical salesperson vibe. Got a nice van at a really good price, got a very good price for my trade-in. Wonderful experience!

Kirk and the team is SO helpful! I found Frontier Auto through an online ad they posted of a beautiful 2012 Jeep I just had to check out. I wasn’t planning on buying for a little and just started my search but couldn’t pass up this amazing opportunity. Kirk was extremely helpful in the process of purchasing my new vehicle, any questions or concerns that I had he was fast to communicate and help me out. When I was leaving the lot we heard a slight squeaking come from my tires and Kirk and his team immediately brought it in and had the problem fixed in mere minutes and right back out to me! Going to a dealership to purchase a car can be a daunting task. Searching hundreds of websites for a car that would suit you, test driving said cars, getting approved by the bank, signing all the paperwork, ect.

It is in pristine condition and I couldn’t be happier with my choice. The car even tho preowned did come with a warranty provided by frontier. It made the choice even easier knowing if I had a problem I could come back with no hassle.

Went looking for a car in a short amount of time due to my old car being totaled and everyone here was so kind and helpful and they made sure the car I picked was serviced and in top shape before I drove off. I left the same day with such a good car and Id go back next time I need a car and I would recommend anyone to go here if they’re looking for good quality service. Not to mention the shop dogs are way too cute!!

We spent a lot of time looking for a decent used car at a reputable dealer and found both at Frontier Auto Sales. They were honest about the status of the cars we looked at. Once we decide on one the purchasing process was quick and easy. The car had a minor issue with it shortly after purchasing it but they immediately fixed it and we've had no issues since. In the end our son is now driving a reliable car with all wheel drive and a five star safety rating for around 10k.

So far i’ve gotten 2 cars from frontier auto and Ive never had any major issues that weren’t fixed immediately, if I have issues with my car they are really good about getting it in and out of the shop, I recently just traded in my first car I bought from them 2 years ago for something bigger and a little newer and I’m beyond happy about this car. I personally don’t think I would go to any other dealers when i go car shopping. The staff is super kind and friendly they are also very helpful when it comes to looking for new cars or needing work done on your car.

We have been using the Service Dept. at Frontier Auto for several years. I go there knowing they operate with honor and integrity. I highly recommend their services to anyone seeking excellent auto care, and honest workers.

Finding a reliable car (that wouldn't break the bank) for my teenage daughter was no easy task. I found a car on Frontier's website and sent an email asking some questions. John emailed me back and answered every question I had. He was not pushy like the rest of the car dealers I had dealt with and never once asked when I was coming to look at the car. Instead, he waited for me to ask when they were free for us to come for a test drive. John definitely gets 5 stars from me! Then when me and my daughter got to the lot, we dealt with Kirk who also gets 5 stars from me! From the second we met Kirk he was so friendly, very honest and he too answered any questions we had. One thing Kirk said to me that really stuck out was that too many car dealers have gray areas and they (at Frontier) just look at things in black & white. There's a right and wrong and they don't like to do business in the gray areas. Our car is doing great and we will definitely be doing business with them again!
