My husband called DPS, they answered the phone, we were scheduled for following day. Now that is quick service! Today Mike Swanson from DPS called and let us know he would show up earlier and we were good with that. Mike/DPS came out to reset one toilet and we decided to have another toilet checked also and Mike was happy to do that. Mike left both bathroom's clean.
Friendly, very efficient and affordable. Excellent service. We are very happy and will call DPS again IF we have any plumbing issues. We highly recommend Discount Plumbing Service!

My Hot Water Line that connects from the water heater to the Master Bathroom cracked somewhere underneath our house. It flooded our walk in Master Closet that sits behind the Master Bathroom. Had a substantial water main leak and Mike and Ryan were on it first thing in the morning and were done within a couple hours. They also replaced my leaking hose bib for free which was a bonus. When Mike gave me the quote, then the bill, I was surprised at how much lower it was than other company's. An all-around extremely positive, productive experience. Service Masters... the man kept wanting to write quotes for problems we weren't concerned with. He finally quoted for the immediate plumbing need at had and it was outlandishly priced and NO warranty! We contacted Discount Plumbing Service and Josh came to the rescue and fixed a plumbing leak. Excellent Service and the only plumber you should call! BTW he beat the quote from Whipple by leaps and bounds! THANK YOU JOSH....

Our property manager set up a maintenance request through Discount Plumbing, and when I called to schedule, I was surprised that they were able to come by SUPER fast (that very afternoon!). He was friendly and professional, knew just what he was doing, and completed the faucet repairs quickly - and left no mess behind. Excellent service.

Discount Plumbing was one of three services we contacted after experiencing a slab leak in a home with polybutylene pipe. We knew the time had come to have all the plumbing in our home replaced. Called and they answered on Labor Day Weekend. Told me what to do, and I scheduled them to come on Labor Day for an extra charge. Very professional, clean and fair. I obtained 4 quotes and they were all about the same, but Josh helped me over the phone the most, so I chose them. I am glad I did.

I called and explained my problem. It was not an emergency. They asked if later that day would work. We scheduled an appointment and the technician arrived on time. He was able to get the water running again and the price was very reasonable.
