Fantastic service and support today. Called about a tire inspection question on my TrailRunners. Came in, and Ryan walked me thru everything and confirmed tires were safe and good to go. Took the time to explain and educate me on tire construction. Above and beyond, and very knowledgeable. At the end of the day, they cared and supported their products. That’s what mattered. Will come back here

While visiting the area over the Christmas holidays my vehicle needed a routine service. I called and was given an appointment promptly and was very satisfied with the service. During the service and inspection they discovered a problem which could have caused problems on my return home and were able to schedule the repairs at a later date. Very pleased with my experience.

Bought my tires here with warranty. Fixed a nail in tire on the spot with no attitude. Friendly, timely, so glad to have them!

Definitely recommend this place. Ryan the manager is very professional and shows compassion for his customers to include taking care of Veterans. You can tell the employees enjoy working for him because everyone’s attitude and work ethic is on point. Tires were installed quickly and to perfection.

I was in a pinch and needed some help with my frozen lug nuts. The store manager Ryan was incredibly helpful! He explained the possible solutions that would resolve my issue. Got me right in and fixed up the same day and actually saved me a bunch of $$! Highly recommend!

Great experience at this location. I was looking to get my most recent oil change taken care of (and had a small concern about a tire issue I was having). I was able to make a last minute appointment online (very easy process) and was in and out in the expected time frame (even with getting an extra job completed). Everyone I communicated with was friendly and knowledgeable and the inside (waiting area and restroom) is clean. Overall a great experience today.

I recently scuffed up my Tesla's tire pretty bad and ended up at Goodyear. Timothy Young was the guy who checked it out. He was super quick, but still careful, and let me know that, luckily, I didn't need a new tire.

I really appreciated that they didn't try to sell me something I didn't need. You can bet I'll be heading to this Goodyear for any tire troubles in the future.

I was here from out of town on a hockey tournament in a rental car. I’m the parking lot of the rink noticed the low tire gauge and then a nail in the tire.
Not knowing the area we found Goodyear Tire service In Cranberry township Pa.

Tim was the first staff member to greet me at the desk and with the assistance of Randy They had my tire fixed faster than nascar. For a price that was unbeatable anywhere.

What a great experience. The store manager welcomed and explained everything very thoroughly, explaining what needed fixed now and what could wait. Made me feel calm and comfortable. I realize this is a horrible time in America that hit the service/repair industry. Lack of help, disrespect, no parts along with the major inflation. I really appreciate the extra time Mr. Young worked with me and my wallet.

I have been going here for a couple years and they are always professional and communicative. They have gone above and beyond to save us from just throwing money at our cars and We’ve especially appreciated Brandon, Kayla and Josh for their excellent work. Even the men In the back have came to discuss the issues with our cars to us. Over all 10/10 service. Everyone has a great attitude and smile when we come in the store . I’ve recommended friends to come here for tires and service.

I’ve gone to Goodyear for years, but decided to visit the Cranberry, PA location for my inspection and new tires! Called to make the appointment, spoke to Kayla Lorenz, site Manager, and from the moment we spoke, I could tell her professionalism was different from other representatives I’ve spoken to!
Arrived for the appointment and everything was great!! Updates given as the work progressed, and Kayla made certain a new customer would be a returning one for future work!
Kayla and her team were great and I’ll definitely be a “regular” now!!

My family and I had a flat tire on Christmas Eve. Tim was very accommodating and professional! He was able to repair the tire in 20 min!!! We are so grateful for him taking our car in, thank you!

We do a lot business with the Goodyear in Cranberry Township. Kayla is always very helpful and offers great customer service.

Kayla is just amazing!!! Every time I come in. She is always so helpful and understanding!! She knows just how to explain things in a way that I understand! Coming from a single mom, I need all the help I can get! Kayla always goes above and beyond!!
