Old Navy Outlet

Old navy at the Hershey Outlets is fast becoming my FAVORITE store. Quality merchandise, comfortable styles, great prices, and a staff who could teach anyone about caring customer service.

As I entered was greeted in a very friendly manner by a customer rep who pointed out several of the different sale items. Lots of comfortable and stylish clothing for the holiday was on display.

Great deals, I bought 2 pairs of pants, but they didn't have my size so the woman at the register looked them up online and ordered the right size. We had technical problems, she saw it through to the end and gave me 20% off for my patience. Great customer service!

Sales galore! Old navy never disappoints. Even have some plus size stuff! We saved close to 70$ just by buying the sale items!

I just love this place, great sales and the staff is overwhelmingly friendly and helpful. They'll even give you a pinions on what works for you and what doesn't and give you guidance as needed. Well-run operation and much credit to the management

The customer service was exceptional! We went on a busy day. Which was not an issue whatsoever because the staff was right there to greet you and help you out to find sizes as well as items You were searching for.

This review is for the outlet at Hershey. The outlet has a much bigger selection than the actually store! Found some great summer dresses, shorts, tees. Store gets a little messy just because of the size of their inventory, but it's worth going to find the things you can't find at their retail store.
