Bob’s Discount Furniture and Mattress Store

My wife and I were looking for a chair for our living room. While furniture shopping is a daunting task as a couple, having 2 kids in tow can make things even harder. Upon entering the store, we met Barry. He was great. Introduced himself to my wife and I, and even our daughters (4 and 15 months). He asked what we were looking for, and explained the layout of the store. Not once did we ever feel like Barry was hovering or pressuring us to make a sale. He was very quick to answer any questions we had. He made sure my daughters were comfortable, too. Barry explained the cafe area (the kids loved the free ice cream and cookies, my wife & I needed the coffee)! He also let them climb on the couches, and showed them some of the more fun options (pulling out the beds, the storage for their toys, and how to light up the vanities).

Buying the chair was quick and easy! We met one of the floor managers, who reviewed the purchase, and scheduled delivery. Fortunately, we are able to get our piece in the next few days!

My wife and I were very impressed. The store was clean, well organized and the employees were incredibly welcoming, warm and friendly.

We will absolutely be back when looking for more furniture in the future.

I came at Bobs over the weekend to purchase a sectional. I’ve made several purchases here over the years, as they have great selection on sectionals. Their costumer’s service was excellent. I had a rep, Tiffany, who assisted me throughout my purchases, along with her co worker; as I end up getting the Dylan piece and a glass coffee table set, and an area rug. She also helped scheduling in the delivery of my purchase. Lovely experience, easy and quick. I highly recommend. Can’t wait to get my new living room setup.

Louis helped us with our purchase. Very friendly and helpful. He introduced himself to us, explained the layout of the store and where to find each kind of furniture, then left us alone while we shopped. The store was brightly lit and clean. Louis said wed receive our furniture within the week with delivery. We haven't received our furniture yet as it should be here in a couple of days, so I am not able to review the actual furniture yet, but the line has a 5 star review which we did not know prior to purchasing.

Our experience at Bob's in Whitehall was outstanding! Tiffany was a delight she was attentive but not pressuring. She made the whole process so easy. Everyone there is so friendly. No problems start to finish. Delivery was right on schedule and they were so nice too. We love our sectional and will definitely be back!

From the moment we stepped into Bob's Furniture Store. We were greeted by Dominick. He made our shopping experience very pleasant. He informed us of each product we were interested in. We are so happy with our purchase! The quality and the price is spectacular 😍

Shelly was amazing and very professional. She made my wife and I feel at home and a priority. She was also very thorough with the answers to our questions as well as the info about the Warranty and delivery service. We’re very pleased with the sectional that we purchased and will definitely be back for a future purchase and hope to do business with Shelly once again!

Overall experience was great. Staff was waiting at the door to great you when you walked in. Our Saleswoman Shelly was a great help. She was not only knowledgeable, but very personable as well. I would recommend Bob’s to anyone looking for new furniture.

Honestly, great experience. Shopped at all the local spots first then came here. Sales people are def way more in your face at Bobs but they’re friendly and helpful. Not sure why they had 12 sales associates on a Tuesday but whatever. Their selection is solid, they make a ton of stuff that caters to a wide audience. Prices are very fair and quality after a few weeks seems great. They’ll push the warranty down your throat but there is free ice cream in the back soooo

From the moment I walked into the door, Shelley, the sales associate assisted my wife and I on every piece of furniture that we bought even helped with color schemes for our room. I highly recommend Shelly when purchasing your next piece of furniture

This was our first time at Bobs - the salesman Kel greeted us at the door, introduced himself, told us a little bit about the store, asked us what we were looking for and walked us over to that section. He then said “I’ll give you time to browse, and I’ll be back shortly- of course if you need assistance, please let me know. We were able to browse on our own, not like other stores that follow you around. We found what we wanted, he explained in detail everything we needed to know about the warranty, the delivery, and verified the order with us twice before submission. Every employee that we saw greeted us with a friendly smile - our experience was a five star - we will be recommending Bobs to our friends ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Shelley was so easy to talk to. She wasn’t pushy and when we said we needed time to think about it she didn’t hesitate to say “of course” it’s a big purchase. No rush! We took a few days and returned to Shelley to purchase the living room set. Manager Bryandon was also very personable. Overall great experience.

Wonderful! Me and my boyfriend went in to buy a couch yesterday. We were greeted by Rupert who was a delight and made sure we left laughing and with a smile on our face. I would definitely recommend Bobs and Rupert! And we were able to get the exact couch we wanted yay!

Awesome. I walked into store, 10 min to closing., stressed and broken. The Sales associate Gregg noticed and helped me to find a sofa and chair in my price range and encouraged me to apply for smaller payments to help. I got approved and my sofa and chair were delivered today

Great selection of sofas including standard and power or manual reclining… and all at prices better than two other stores we visited. We dealt with Greg whose helpful, non-pushy, professional and pleasant personality was a delight to work with.

Jose was helpful and made buying a couch very easy.

Approximately 6 months later I worked with Dominick to buy a recliner. He was very patient and helped me find a recliner that included features I didn't even realize I wanted. The female manager was very friendly too. The service at this place has been great and don't let the name fool you because the quality is great as well. The delivery people I worked with both times have been very professional and I'm so thankful that they make the experience very smooth

My husband and I went inside and first met with Sam. He was delightful and insightful giving us room to explore listening and answering our weird questions. We left and came back a few days later and met Barry he was kind and on the money with getting us the best bang for our buck! Sam also waived the delivery fee and got us White Glove installation Thanks 🙏🏾 guys

After looking everywhere else in the Valley, we finally found our living room set! SO hard trying to balance style with comfort, but Tiffany was SO helpful and friendly it made the experience much less daunting. And kudos to her being the right kind of helpful. No high pressure attitude, but very reassuring and knowledgeable. 10/10!

I always have a pleasant experience shopping here. Great prices and great quality. I recently bought furniture with my sister and we were able to get everything we needed. Delivery was easy to set up and worked out wonderfully.

Great store! Greg helped us purchase our couch. From the moment we stepped into the store he was such a delight! No pressure to purchase anything we got to walk around to look at other items without being hounded. The prices and quality of the items were great! Check out process Greg explained everything quick and thoroughly. We will definitely be coming back for more items. I know ppl who have gotten furniture from here and unlike ikea it won't fall apart lol. Thank you guys again.
