I hadn't been to the dentist in a really long time and my teeth/gums weren't in the best shape. The staff was kind, helpful, and understanding. They we're even able to schedule me that same day for deep cleaning. I was disappointed however when I got the bill and a charge for a $135 electric toothbrush was hidden among the fees. It was not something that was discussed and my bill was already pretty high. They did call and say I could return the toothbrush and receive credit back. Again they were very kind and I'd recommend them just check what you're being charged for.

Easy,fast reliable service. The whole team genuinely cared about me, from the front office to the dentists and dental assistants. Very fair prices, I would like to recommend Aspen Dental, Lebanon,PA branch to anyone who needs to make a positive change in their own life. Outstanding results can be expected!

Developed a toothache Friday evening. Was able to get a Monday morning appointment. Was seen promptly. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Unfortunately, my issue could not be resolved by them so now I have to wait to see an Endodontist.

The front desk receptionist was really friendly and the person that deals with the insurance part was nice as well. She took the time to explain to me in detail what my insurance pays for. Also the Doctor was friendly and shared a lot of good info about my issues with my tooth. Although you must have patience to wait. It's worth it when you have a good doctor. Thank you all for a great visit experience!!

Great place great people great experience getting replacement dentures. Have been wearing dentures for 35 years, best fitting dentures I have ever had. Best of all they stand behind their products!

Overall a great experience. I was scheduled for 3 & only seen at 4, that’s my only issue with today’s visit. The treatment plan was thorough, comprehensive and transparent. Explained in full & reasonable as far as price is concerned. Scheduled back in a few weeks to be seen & have work done. Overall very happy with my experience today!

By far, this has been a most pleasant experience in a dental office- from the front desk staff, to the dentist and his assistant, everyone has been courteous, professional and knowledgeable. I have a series of upcoming treatments and I am looking forward to a similar experience. The scheduling lady in particular is very accommodative and pleasant in working around your schedule and explaining the insurance and out-of-pocket payment. Today, I had two fillings done and Dr. Hu took time to explain everything prior, during and after the services. Above all, Xioma, the doctor's assistant was so pleasant and kind. She deserves a five-star! I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a stellar dental service locally.

From my very first appointment up to my current teeth cleaning, everyone I came in contact with was always so nice and courteous. From the front desk to the O.S. and Hygienist, the loan office, everyone was so great. They always explained in detail and made sure I understood everything. I would recommend Aspen to anyone.

These reviews must be fake, I had issues yesterday, they got me in, fixed the problem and I was able to get what I needed at an affordable price ... it makes me question, how rude you gotta be to these ladies and gents for them to treat you bad? From the front desk to the back staff, professional, polite and helpful. Treat them with respect and I bet you too will have a great experience here.

I was very pleased with everyone at the office, especially the dentist.

I loved it not finished yet with my procedure I go back Monday but so far they are wonderful in every way I feel that they really care about my situation and do everything to make me comfortable and happy with the care they provide
