Great bus

(This is pre Covid lockdown) The person I was suppose to meet had an emergency, so I met with someone else and that's fine. I explained exactly what I wanted and had all the information they would need to make it happen. Lockdown happens, NO commination. Fast-forward to PA going green. I waited couple weeks, got the call they were done, paid for them and then realized it wasn't entirely what I had asked for. I don't know what the going rate is to figure out JUST local taxes for a year or two, it seemed steep though and left it at that.

We started working with Kaunitz cpas in 2016. We never had an issue until 2022. We sent him all our information for 2021 taxes and Mike who was our accountant never did them. We reached out checking on status of our taxes multiple times. One time he responded that we were on an extension and he was on vacation at the moment and he was going to reach out to us after his vacation. Well, he never did. Never answered our calls or emails. We would call the office and his brother said he would have him call us back, and he never called. We are not sure why he never did but it’s very irresponsible, rude, unethical and unprofessional for him just to simply ignore us. If he did not want us as clients then he should have said so.

Requested information to possibly use this for my accounting and left an email and never heard from them. I would avoid this firm and look elsewhere they probably have no idea what they are doing and don't care.
