William Vasquez-Castro was our service technician to replace a hot water heater and well pump. GF Bowman has been professional all three times we needed their service. Punctual, clear conversation, and the work was clean. No need to shop around if you want quality professional work!

Great experience from beginning to end. Called in and Stephanie got us set up quickly to have our furnace repaired. Donald was our technician and was really kind. Originally thought we'd have to wait until Monday for the part to come in and offered to bring us space heaters from the office. While we were completing paperwork he got a call that they found a part in Middletown and off he went and had us up and running in no time.

Robert was on time and very pleasant and knowledgeable. He kept us informed of what he was doing and did a great job. We were pleased.

Donald was personable, efficient, and clear. He clearly explained my options, and did not high pressure me. I felt that he solved the issues and gave me good advice!

G. F. Bowman was excellent our furnace was not working and they came out within 5 hours of being called. They gave all pricing up front was very professional and detail oriented. If we have any issues in the future we will definitely call G.F. Bowman.

AJ was friendly and on time. He described the situation in a concise and easy to understand manner, along with my options. I decided to replace my existing heat pump system. G.F. Bowman gave me multiple options and price points (thank you Kristie). After making my decision, the unit was installed very quickly and in a professional manner. Heat stopped working and GF Bowman came out that same day. AJ was my technician and was very nice and personable. He worked diligently to solve the issues. Several hours later (that evening) I realized my heat stopped working again. I called the next morning and AJ returned. Turns out a third short was hiding in the compressor and GF Bowman didn't charge me anything, standing behind their work the previous day and their warranty. I understand issues happen and a little wire can cause an unexpected issue. Everything has been working great since. I will definitely use them again in the future if needed.

Stephen's service was excellent.He was prompt, professional, knowledgeable. Had an unexpected leak, he was able to resolve the problem immediately and efficiently. Would definitely use G.F. Bowman Inc. again.

They were extremely pleasant and courteous. And Robert Rutter made sure to explain in detail everything that he was doing, and what needed to be done.

We were looking for someone to check our furnace. Called GF Bowman and Alec was here in a couple of days. Alex was kind, courteous and very polite. My husband, who was a plumbing foreman, said Alec knew what he was doing. He was very thorough and knowledgeable. My husband said he did a great job. The Plumber that came to the house to helped with our issue and quickly found our issue with the pressure in the back bathroom. He provided a quick solution that was inexpensive for us to correct the problem. His professional advice was well worth the visit from G.F. Bowman.
