Annville Family Medicine

Anytime I call I get in pretty quick the staff is nice and friendly so I had to put a good review on here. I've been with pinnacle for over 3 years now and have had no issues. Sometimes they r booked out but that's with any good doctors office. Just this past week I had an issue and they got me in the same day! I think they r doing a pretty good job.

My normal doc is Hannah Miller, PAC. She is and has always been amazing. But this review is for Vanessa at the walk in clinic(sorry don't know her credentials because I was blinded by pain when I was there). Without details, I just need to say I feel I received amazing care and response to my needs. She even personally called me twice to go over x-rays. Top notch.

Christina DeSanto, PA-C is an outstanding health care professional! She LISTENS and allows me the time I need to explain my concerns and process the information she shares with me. She provides a wealth of up to date information and is on top of what’s going on in health care with regard to her patients. She is compassionate, courteous, and easy to connect with. I was impressed with her knowledge of FMLA and ADA related topics during a recent visit and she has been a fantastic health resource/primary care provider to me. She is candid, honest and respectful and I value her perspective and experience when making decisions based on my health. I never feel rushed with her and she is very keen to help me reach my health care goals by understanding what is important to me.

I have been to lab on numerous occasions. Every medical professional and clerical staff member have been professional,calming, and so kind. This facility is very clean and well staffed. I love UPMC. Thank you to everyone.

I really like coming here. Never have to wait long to check in. I was amazed that the woman at check in knew who I was from my last appointment 3 months earlier. All the staff I see have been fantastic. The lab work is quick and painless. Nice bright and modern facility. I also use their My Chart app so everything is very convenient. I can send messages, look at lab results, and schedule appointments to name a few. Keep up the good work!

I see the numerous complaints on the phone system (hold times, etc...) this to frustrated me as well. However this was do to the recent integration of the new system from Pinnacle taking over Annville Family Practice. Learning curves and changes always difficult. However my doctor and the staff that transferred along with Pinnacle are still the wonderful people they were before the merger. For those that had issue's 3 to 5 months ago. I recommend revisiting and trying them again. The new building is beautiful. My last appointment was on opening day, it went perfectly. Good doctors are hard to find. Great one's are there. Great place have never had an issue at all. I like the fact that I can pre-register for my appointment and just basically go right in as well as prepaying the copay online. Everyone is very friendly

I’ve been going to this practice for over 20 years and have the same doctor, Dr. David Heeter. Through all the administrative changes, I believe it makes it hard for doctors to ‘practice medicine.’ Dr. Heeter has been a great doctor and has helped me through various challenges throughout my life with professionalism and compassion. He cares and has an amazing diagnostic skill. Thank you Dr. Heeter for being a great doctor and caring about me. Monique Derfler

It never fails to amaze me how they took a building that was filled with antique dealers and shops and completely renovated this complex into a beautiful state of the art medical facility. There is practically everything under one roof. Annville Family Medicine is the cornerstone to this building. They have a fine practice with Doctors who have been practicing medicine for many years and you as a patient can be assured of the finest care from Doctors who care about your families health and well being and will take great care of you. If you are in need af a physician give them a call and schedule an appointment with one of their Doctor's.

I love the doctors at our office at Danville family medicine, but was not impressed with urgent care at all. I had my daughter there 2 times in 2 days. The staff was very direct and rude. There was no one there at the times as far as patients go. My daughter has a history of anxiety and stress. She had the flu and her heart rate was 150. So when we got there we were told she had the flu and she had her self upset and also by giving her Dayquil that increases your heart rate. So we were told not to give her anything that said d.m. Her lungs were clear. She asked them to do a chest x ray cause she felt like she was not getting enough air. The nurse practitioner told her it was not necessary. So for another week. All we have her under advice from there was a cough suppressant, and plain musinex no d.m. And that's it. Well we took her to the e.R. Last night and she was admitted with the flu.after the medication that they suggested her heart rate was still 160. So they knew there had to be a reason it was that high. She had another infection besides the flu, they swabbed her nose and she tested positive for the flu and they talked to her like a person instead of dismissing her like it was All in her head. They did blood work, a chest x ray, and a cat scan.so now I can rest because I know she is being taken care of. She was so worried and all the women did the second time we were there was be real direct and treat her like she was a bother. I would suggest you work on that. I love the regular office but will never step foot in the urgent care again.

Staff is very Friendly and My Doctor is so awesome he really cares about his patients really takes the time to listen your problems. Always trying some way to resolve the issues. I would highly recommended Pinnicale Healthcare to everyone.

I have been at other facilities for care and this is by far the best health care system to be associated with. On my first visit I was very sick because of neglect from my previous provider. I am making my way back up the ladder because of people that truly care about their patients. I will deal only with UPMC for all my care regardless of the location. Kudos to all UPMC caretakers!!

I've seen Emily Brandt a few times now and she's great. Makes you feel comfortable and I am normally very nervous. Her assistant, I think her name was Milly, was very nice too. Thank you.

I was with PennState and they didn't seem to care. With this group, I feel like they care about my health as much as I do. If I have a question/comment/concern they are there to answer it. I appreciate their help with my health.

Virginia and Ken were fantastic today Ken took my initial phone call told me they were wide open I got in from the girl at the first counter desk number four she took care of all my questions they got me right in 15-20 minutes clean the ear wax out of my right ear I feel fantastic thank you again for your service Virginia was the attendant that took care of cleaning out my ear she was a very great pleasure we had fun and laughed

Great place for fresh produce, meats, plants, flowers and many other types of vendors. There are numerous food vendors both inside and outside and made on the spot sandwiches. For the collectors, there's an antique market for small items, such as glassware, dishes and cooking tools. Plus many other small collectables. The layout of both markets is easy to maneuver. Parking is plentiful but on nice days you may have to search for an empty spot. There's even a small farm animal auction.

Having recently moved into the area from Connecticut, I was thrilled to find a fantastic Primary Care Physician at UPMC Annville. Anne Gibble is caring and attentive to all of my medical needs. She goes above and beyond and I would recommend her without hesitation!

I went to the Express Care. I had to wait a bit to be seen but it was a Saturday morning. The staff was friendly, helpful, and efficient. Over all I had a good experience.

Easy to schedule my appointments to see my various doctors, also any tests that I need example echocardiogram blood work etc and keep track of my medication.

Love this office. Dr. David zielinski is great. Always pays attention to what you say and genuinely cares about his patients.
