They did a great job installing a runner on our pie shaped stairs which needed to be a custom size. Great quality and the person who installed it was very professional and walked me along every step of the way to make sure I was happy with it. Their designer, Susan, was especially helpful with picking out the right carpet for our home. Would definitely recommend.

Allwein Carpet One Flooring once again did a great job installing vinyl plank flooring in two office spaces for us. Because of a water leak at our property it caused a delay for the installers to do their work and the company had their technicians come back the next day which was a Saturday to do the install. The owner was understanding and came up with a solution to our problem and the flooring techs were willing to spend their Saturday to complete the job. We will definitely use them again for any future flooring needs. Thanks so much for a job well done!

We had Trent and Erwin come out to fix some carpet bulges. Their service was fast and they were very easy to get along with! I also very much appreciated how they got along with my 1 year son, who was excited to have them at our house! I am always impressed with the Allwein's professionalism and kindness!

We love our new flooring. We had the vinyl planking installed in our foyer, kitchen, laundry and bathroom. The entire team at Allwiens was great. From the sales team (Susan), estimator (Kevin) and the two installers (Steve/Cameron), everyone was great. What a pleasure to work with Allwein, from our initial consultation with Kathy L. through the end of the finished product. We couldn't be happier. The guys did a terrific job of minimizing the inconvenience to us, leaving the area we use most in the kitchen to do last, all at once. They did a great job of cleaning up each day and helped us put all the furniture back when they were finished. when it looked like they might not finish in the 3 days expected they put a third guy on that third day and stayed late in order to finish. Amazing how vinyl can look like wood flooring but is actually better!

Purchased carpeting for 3 bedrooms and a stairway. The entire experience was actually pleasant. Price was reasonable, service in the showroom was excellent. (Susan! Thank you!) First, Susan was very helpful in picking my rug and laminate flooring. Prices are reasonable and materials are of good quality. The carpet installers were very good. Installers of the laminate finished up today. Ryan,Cameron and Chris did a great job. I don't remember the names of the carpet installers but all of the Allwein people were knowledgeable in their work, friendly and respectful of my home. A very good experience. And really Susan is the best.

I had the best experience with Allein's flooring. Trent and Cameron were the installers of a huge flooring replacement. They were on time, worked hard and efficiently. I love my new floors! I highly recommend Allwein's flooring.

Such a wonderful experience from start to finish! I felt important and seen from the moment I stepped inside the store. Susan, a wonderful design consultant, made the selection process so easy and fun! They continued to check in with me all along the way, and the men who installed the carpet were nice, on time, did a great job, and cleaned up after themselves wonderfully. We love our new floorings from the living room upto the staircase and 2 bedrooms. The entire team did a great job. From the sales team (Steve), estimator (Kevin), and the two installers (Steve and Griffin). They clean every after a working day and made sure tools are on the safe place.

I had a fantastic experience with Allwein's! Lauren was great and very knowledgeable in my selection process, and then… the installation…WOW! Adam and Sam were so nice, helpful, and really went above and beyond while helping me make installation decisions! It was a pleasure having them in my home for a week, they answered any questions I asked and made sure the job was perfect. I always get three quotes for any job and was pleasantly surprised that Allwein's quote was the best price of the three and provided the most service. From start to finish, their service was outstanding. I appreciated they followed all safety protocols for the pandemic, were thorough with the estimate, and took time to explain the process. They did the work impeccably and cleaned up before leaving. Soon after, we had to replace our water heater with a wall unit, leaving a hole in the flooring. Kevin took the time to explain how to patch it myself and provided the adhesive and trowel for the job. Allwein's Carpet One Floor and Home is the first place I will look for any future flooring needs.

We had a daunting task for Trent and Cameron (installers). We did OUR ENTIRE HOUSE with LVT! Susan really helped with our choice and kept us from making a disastrous one, bevel or no bevel?!?!?!?!?! Trent and Cameron work well and efficiently together. Our whole house was done in 7 days. So glad we went with Allweins!!!

We recently had Allwein Carpet One install new flooring in three of our empty rental units. They did an awesome job of accommodating our schedule and as usual the level of service we've received from the sales person all the way to the installers was excellent! Recently we purchased shutters for several rooms of our home and also flooring for our sun room. We worked with Susan Copenhaver , Design Consultant, from the store who was knowledgeable about the products and very courteous and pleasant.
