I’ve been coming here for six years. Before Covid it was the most convenient being 24 seven and right next to where I live. I’ve never had a problem with them once. And being a rewards member is highly beneficial when they have a ton of sales. Today I went in today to get some nausea medicine from the pharmacy because I am about to have my baby but I’m still super sick. After I got my nausea medicine I noticed that there was a deal on soda, Coke products was buy two get a pack free. You know the 12 packs? Anyways! I was walking up to get a cart, and a lovely lady had offered to help me grab the sodas because of how pregnant I am, and I have severe carpal tunnel in both my hands. I can’t grab and hold things in my hands longer than 3 seconds without my hands dropping things or going numb. The ladies name I believe was Bree and she worked there. She worked in the cosmetic section. She was very informative in the regards of the coupons that I was using. After I checked out of the pharmacy with my medicine I got a coupon for five dollars if I spend 15. I spent $32. And she was telling me how I should use the coupon and shouldn’t to better Benefit the purchase. Now this woman did not have to help me at all. In fact most of the time nobody goes out of their way to help me at all ever, so I was shocked when somebody had offered to help me. It was not only very nice but I really needed it today with how bad my hands hurt. She was very friendly and very nice.

Aside from the amazing staff the pharmacy I found out is no longer 24/7 which is a NEW change since June, I don’t go here enough to know these things and when I do I use the drive through but this information is helpful because when my kids are sick and I take them into the ER and I have to have a medicine prescribed to them to pick up, now I know I can’t go there at night at 3am in the morning to get the medicine which is highly unfortunate but they are SEVERELY understaffed and they’re doing the best they can. So o cannot complain. All the staff in the pharmacy has also been super friendly to be and fast at getting things done. Quick. Efficient. Knowledgeable.

The place is always very clean, and there’s always an employee on the side to help me with anything I need or any questions I have. I literally have no complaints about any of the people ever that have worked here. They have always been nice to me over the last five years I’ve been going here. Every single person.

Awesome staff in the pharmacy even with difficult customers

Way too often we don’t recognize the good in the world. We stop to make reviews when we have a really bad experience. I had to stop and think about this after I have had an amazing experience at this Walgreens time and time again! I moved down the road from this store about 4 months ago, I also do door dash and goto this store quite often for orders as well. I go in at night almost every single day. The night staff is incredibly polite and helpful. In the times we’ve faced recently I noticed how bad customer service has gotten. People are just rude and to be quite honest most are over worked because of everywhere being short staffed. The night crew at this store seems to be there all the time so I’m sure they are most likely putting extra hours in. They never fail to treat treat me with respect and help when I need it. It’s so refreshing to see a place with good customer service. I just wanted to take a moment and say thank you to all of you, and to the night manager thank you for always walking up to make sure I can find what I need and helping with my Walgreens coupon app when it’s acting up. You’re an asset to there company for sure! I appreciate you all and your hard work and dedication to your job is noticed for sure. See you all soon! ~The Die hard Dr Pepper customer :)

The staff here is amazing. Always friendly and always a smile on their faces. I love the seasonal aisles always so much to look at. It’s half the reason I come. One cashier I love so much she’s so kind to everyone. She recently hurt her elbow and was in a sling. yet she’s still In there with the greatest attitude. She is an asset to this company. She makes you feel so welcome and cared about. The store is always clean and well laid out. The pharmacy staff is friendly and considerate as well. This is the only location in Boise that we get our prescriptions at.

Being one of the two 24 pharmacies in the valley you know they are busy and most likely deal with very tired, rude and ill people or in my case a very worried tired mom picking up meds for my very sick baby. The cashier looked up and smiled and greeted me the moment I walked through the door, the gals working at the pharmacy were very polite and even though the line was long they treated each person kindly and went above and beyond with each person. Tonight was a rough night for me but they did a great job.

I had an excellent experience in the photo department, thanks to employee Melissa. There was am issue with my internet order. She resolved the issue immediately. Furthermore, she watched for my reorder the next day, ensured it's quality & called to let me know. Thank you Melissa for your professionalism & superior customer service!

The staff is extremely friendly if I need to visit either day or night. At my last visit, I paid cash for a much needed and time sensitive prescription. To my amazement, when my insurance FINALLY authorized, I was thankful and grateful to have received a call from the pharmacist letting me know I could return for a refund. THAT'S AMAZING SERVICE!

I stopped in at like 9:45 to buy some new beauty products and I'm super indecisive so I was there for like 45 minutes and seriously the entire time the cashier Elen greeted everyone who walked in, she checked on me and helped me, she greeted people by name, told everyone about the survey, tried to get everyone signed up to save money, she was just amazing. She was incredibly kind and paid constant attention to customers, I felt so warm and welcome and will be coming back to this particular store just to see her again!

Rishi Brahmbhatt was so kind, helpful and efficient. I wish more people were like him. Best experience I have ever had at walgreens.

Good people working here. The Pharmacy techs take a great deal of heat for mistakes made at the Doctor's office or with the ridiculous insurance companies and these guys go above and beyond to fill in the gaps. The retail clerks are very helpful and always kind. Don't let the negative reviews written by people frustrated with our dysfunctional healthcare system sway you from coming here.

Jason the pharmacy tech is amazing! I was having issues with my insurance and couldn’t get my lupus meds till a certain time. He kept me updated and made sure I got them as soon as I could. He took very good care of me and my well being!! We need more employees like him!!!

I didn't know FedEx shipped from here. They are a wonderful addition to the products and service offered. The pharmacy staff are also fast and polite. Great location and well stocked!

The pharmacist last night 9/24/18 was amazing. He called the ER doctor for me because my sons antibiotics didn’t say how often to take it. It just said put it in the eye x7 days. So I figured it was once a day. They forgot to write how many times a day evidently. He took the extra step to call them and put the right dose on there. Also, he went and got Tylenol for me because my son was sleeping in the car after being at the er at 11pm. It was a great experience. He was so throughout and helpful. Glad the pharmacy was open 24/7 or I do not know how I would have got the meds I needed as well.

I never leave reviews, but I was just in for a couple of things and Elen at the register left me with a wonderful impression. She was incredibly upbeat and seemed genuinely interested when she asked me how my day was, but none of it felt forced. Give her a raise!!

Elen Was Extremely Nice To Me As Soon As I Got Inside She Greeted Me Kindly! I totally appreciate that a lot ! She went above and beyond with her customer service skills ! She deserves a raise ! She event went to the valentines aisle to ask me if I wanted a basket, and Yes I did needed one. Thank you!

Late Night Pharmacy Staff & ALL Employee's have been very very helpful & friendly every time I've been there. Rx's filled VERY Quickly & NEVER been "Judged" by any of them for the 4 Scripts a month I have to take. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!! AAAAA+++++ :-)

I wish I could give them more stars, always been so content, went there to print my daughter birthday invitations card , while it was done by other store which was not good , as soon as I entered Elene ask me if I need some help, and called other staff Shane and he helped it was so beautiful!

6 stars. The pharmacist is busting his butt. Between phone, drive through and walk-ins he's doing his absolute best.

Love ❤ the employees, bur I get really irritated 😤 being on hold for the pharmacy for 30 minutes EVERYTIME I CALL!!!! THERE'S NO WAY THEY'RE THAT BUSY!!
