Mavis Discount Tire

I had a slowly leaking tire, and booked an appointment the evening before. The shop was incredibly busy, but Erin got me in and out while managing many other customers. My experience here has always been professional, I felt respected and well cared for as a customer. I give them five stars on their service, their customer, appreciation, and their professionalism.

Came here to get my car looked over because I’m traveling this summer and wanted to make sure everything was good. Steve and Fernando were very helpful and educated me about my car. The mechanic was very helpful as well and ended up doing some much needed work. I highly recommend this store!

Amazing quality service was quick/easy communication. Fernando helped me out with all my needs and my car will always be coming to Lehigh street mavis for any mechanical needs.ik my rims was a bit wide but they got it done.

I came to this store because I have an issue with a tire it keeps loosing air every 2 days without no reason I called today around 3:00 pm they gave me an appointment for the next day at 8:00 am and then in the same day I stopped and they helped me right away put my car on the lift the explained to me everything even checked the wipers and add air on all of the the rest of the tires and told me if the issue keeps happening come back to follow the next steps and I do really appreciate the help, professionalism, kindness and everything and I do recommend this place to anyone the have issues with tires, brakes, suspension and alignments

My husband and I took our car to have brakes and rotors done. From the moment we walked in we were greeted by Steve at the front desk. He was very friendly and professional and helped us understand exactly what was wrong and what we needed to have done. We will be back for sure! Highly reccommend!

Fernando was great! I needed a headlight. He assisted me and put the headlight in right away. I was in and out. And he didn’t try and get over on me with me being a woman. Great customer service will be coming again!

My tire blew out coming back from the Poconos, and I came straight here for a replacement. The front desk worker was very nice and helpful, and he provided me with great recommendations and honest feedback. The staff worked very hard to get me in-and-out, which I really appreciated.

Absolutely amazing experience. They helped my 21 year old daughter when she got a flat on her way to work. They fit her in immediately, patches her tire, and they were very accommodating. Highly recommend!!!

Let me tell you about how the lord works. I have needed an oil change FOR MONTHS. I didn’t do it because of funds. So, here we are today.. snow storm.. and my under carriage has been scrapping the floor the ENTIRE WAY HOME. I stop here ask for help and IMMEDIATELY received assistance! And out of the kindness of his heart took fixed it right away for FREE. Then took me right in for an oil change!! WITH a discount. Best customer service , so kind , so attentive. I am so thankful!!

Quick and easy repair. Van was wobbling above 45. Within an hour I got the van back and it drives great. Zach and Tristan made things easy. Will be back next time I have an issue

Team at Mavis on Lehigh st in Allentown provides ultra fast service and fixed my flat. Was emergency situation and they took great care of me.

Had an amazing experience! After bad weather, the plastic covering the undercarriage of my car came loose and was dragging. Not only were they open on Sunday but without an appointment they had me in and out in 20 minutes. Many thanks to Linc for doing a great job!

Honestly the kindest car people out there! They were super nice and friendly and didn’t try ripping me off or anything and told me what was going on with no hesitation. Definitely will be going back if I ever need anything I HIGHLY recommend anyone to go here! I belive the gentleman’s name was Will who helped me out he’s doing a fantastic job!

Will is an outstanding Manager! He helped me today, took his time to explain things and most importantly, made me feel like he cared. I recently moved to the area and have had a hard time finding a trust worthy shop to take my car, I crossed these folks by accident and it has been great.

I needed new tires on my car and had a question about my serpentine belt. John made sure to get the correct tire size and not only show me, but explain to me why my serpentine belt was okay and didn’t need to be replaced. These folks are very trust worthy and won’t try to up sell you any thing you don’t need.

Recently I went back for an oil change and John made sure I was fully taken care of, Marie the technician did a outstanding job and made some quality recommendations on other repairs/changes I should make to my vehicle to maintain its longevity on the road.

I highly recommend this shop, everyone’s super polite, easy to talk to and they do great and honest work. I’ll definitely be back
