Wawa

I just want to say I ordered a cappuccino today from Wawa at around 4:50 PM and it’s probably the best Wawa may drink that I’ve ever had and the young man that made it for me came out and handed it to me. He’s doing such a great job at his job.

Came to Allentown Pennsylvania to visit my family. Stop to this Wawa for dinner at night. Got for Italian hoagies for everybody. Also picked up some gas from the trip. This Wawa is relatively large and seems to be a stop for a lot of police officers, as it was about seven cops parked in the parking lot. Staff was friendly and it was quick and easy. Got to love Wawa

I recently had the pleasure of interacting with Manager Hannah at Wawa located at 2209 Lehigh Street, and I must say, her commitment to hospitality and customer service is truly exceptional. Not only did she provide outstanding service to me, but I observed her treating all patrons with warmth and friendliness.

During my visit, I encountered an issue with the ATM, which failed to dispense any money. Manager Hannah took the time to explain the policy and protocol for filing grievances, ensuring that I felt heard and understood. Her knowledge and professionalism were evident throughout the process.

Furthermore, when I experienced a situation where my accounts were compromised and someone attempted to steal my identity, Manager Hannah displayed kindness and assisted me at the register without judgment or embarrassment. Her support during a challenging time was greatly appreciated.

I am a frequent visitor to various Wawa locations, including the one near the Allentown VA, and I can confidently say that the staff and management consistently treat their customers like royalty. Manager Hannah's exceptional customer care and hospitality skills deserve recognition and appreciation.

I strongly believe that Hannah's role should be expanded to encompass more customer care and hospitality responsibilities. However, if that is not the case, I urge the management to value and acknowledge this outstanding employee for her remarkable dedication and service.

In conclusion, I would like to extend a heartfelt thank you to Manager Hannah for her unwavering commitment to providing exceptional customer service. Her positive attitude and willingness to go above and beyond have made my experiences at Wawa memorable and enjoyable. She truly embodies the spirit of outstanding service.

Great coffee, custom made salads are fantastic and while here I filled the car with gas. A+experience. Note Coffee MUM IS SO SWEET..

I always love my wawa mocha mint iced coffee. A great place for snacks, breakfast sandwiches, and made to order drinks or lunches.

Wawa. A great menu I love to go but it's a little expensive is good when they feel your Huggies full to the max

This has to be one of the busiest but they also handle the crowds quite well keeping up with the lines.

Great location. Friendly staff. Clean bathroom. Food workers make a nice strong frozen cappuccino, just how I like 'em.

Get the perfect sandwich every time , no thousands questions from the guy making your food like the rest of the sandwich shops around the world, that's why I love wawa and of course they have a bunch of other services, like atm and restrooms but you won't find a better place to get a sandwich in the globe....in the globe
