Totally different than any experience at a Home Depot that I’ve had. Everyone in this location is knowledgeable and helpful. They know what they’re talking about and where you can find the products you’re looking for. And if they don’t know, they find someone who does. I recently rented a saw and realized after it had the wrong blade. They gave me a brand new blade off the shelf, and reset my rental time. Top notch service

A very large hardware store that also sells a wide range of products from gardening and lumber to appliances and floor tiles. The place is brand new, clean and I had no trouble at all.

I have always had horrible experiences in Home Depot’s when I need help from an employee. This store is literally a 180° opposite of every other store I’ve ever been in. I went in because my mom wanted to buy something that they had on sale. And as soon as we walked in the door, we were greeted by an employee and made us feel very welcome. We went back to the appliance section and had not one but two employees offered to help us very quickly. Everyone in the store greeted us. I hope they keep it up in the store is the example that all Home Depot’s should strive to be like.

My partner and I have been doing lots of repairs on our house and we have been constantly frequenting this new Home Depot in Trexlertown (so happy to have one near us now!!) each time we have a great experience. The paint department people are especially helpful and patient with us as we pick the right colors. The one gentleman is named Corey that helps us often. Another woman helps us too but I forgot to ask her name. And our recent cashier Leslin was also so kind and helpful! We love the speedy check out process.

First experience, it was very clean. Everything was laid out nice, friendly staff. The tool demos outside were neat as well.

Plentiful employees available to assist, including greetings. Convenient location on Hamilton Blvd and not too crowded.

It seems the blue water softeners are popular enough there is typically assistance needed to pull more in.

I LOVE THIS PLACE. Now as a contractor, I love home Depot and other hardware stores regardless but this one... This one right here just takes the freaking cake. If they keep up with their current standard they'll be in good shape. Just please, if you are going to have self check out, either ask if the guest needs help or help everyone. No more awkward dance at the registers. Oh and all the liquid plumbers... Please put them back in the plumbing isles, as they Are a tool, not a cleaning supply. And lable your discounted lumber! It's a random unmarked cart sitting mid bay just print a sign!

There's nothing like going into a brand new store and having that brand new store smell especially especially hardware & building supply center, there's just something awesome about the building material smell it just makes you want to do projects. I've only been in the store one time since it's been open but they seem very well-stocked. And have a very well-stocked inventory. They had exactly what I needed and was very efficient and clean facility. They have so many things to see the wide variety of products to choose from I hope the store continues to stay this way. Also I found the employees pleasant and helpful. They had an awesome variety I'll shower heads as well as plumbing products. Very happy with the purchase, the amount of choices were impressive.

Now I don't have to drive an hour or so to another hardware store.
Store Associates were very Friendly and Helpful.

Our dryer went kaput. We went to look wishing for a sale, not lucky. Our sales person was very knowledgeable. He helped us purchase the dryer for us.set up the delivery in just 4 days. When I remember the salesman I will definetly add his name to our post. Thank you Home Depot.

Great new Home Depot. Cuts 12 minutes out of my drive from the old store, which helps a lot each time I have to go back for yet another pvc fitting. Very clean, well laid out. The employees are almost overly helpful. Note that there are no normal checkouts at this store (they still have the pro checkout so you just wheel out the big loads of lumber and what not) but instead have 8 or so self checkout kiosks and lots of employees there who will offer to scan your stuff for you. Very happy to have the new location.

Visually, this is a much nicer looking Home Depot. Inside offers a traditional setting and lots of staff to help.
