Getting out of tracfone hell was frustrating ,after many hours of trying to activate a broken phone ,for a special needs client. I finally decided to just add him to my Verizon account. Your representative Will. Not only handled my very time consuming project. I watched him handle new clients ,that had more than a two hour wait. I have never met anyone, so calm. Will was my rep. He treated myself , my client and the on coming crowd with such calm. Again, he resolved our drama. Handled Verizon wireless on Lehigh St. As if it were his own. Fabulous customer service.
