Huge thanks to Iris at the Printing center for helping me figure out the best paper to print my wedding ceremony cards & sign. It was hard to tell from the website which paper would work best. Iris suggested one and did a test print. Also saved us a lot of time by offering to have them folded. We were very happy with the end results.

Small Staples that's usually not crowded. The place doesn't seem like it has a lot of workers but then again, it is a pretty empty place. On my second visit, someone came up to me and asked what I was looking for. That's excellent customer service. It's clean and organized. The items are super expensive compared to other stores like Walmart or even Amazon. They have a UPS store inside and a printing section.

I came in today and got the best service I could ever ask for. Knowledgable staff, low prices, and I found everything I need!

The moment I stepped foot into this establishment I knew I was in for a good time as the cashier man immediately greeted me with a fleeting smile on his mask. I was immediately asked if I needed any help from an employee named timmy, he lead me through the store as we both went shopping together for my supplies. The manager on duty was just as great as he was taking precautions to the covid 19 photocall by wearing a mask and asking if I had a good visit. His name was astin I I beleive. The only thing that needs work is the bigger lady that keeps yelling at the employees all the time even though they are doing more than great. Excellent store, would love to see roger come back soon!

Five stars because I recently printed my wedding invites and they didn’t print right - a bit blurry though the file was high resolution. They weren’t sure why because the file the was the recommended type but they let me send them another file type and reprinted them for free on the stop and they turned out so much better. Heads up they told me in person is better than ordering/uploading online.

Maddy in the Print Center was very helpful. I came in at a busy time. There were multiple customers asking for her attention (some were not being very patient). Maddy did such a great job of not breaking stride and helped everyone in a calm and courteous manner. I was very impressed by her customer service, even in such a demanding situation.

Great experience at this location. Thank you to Dan, Alexis, and Stephanie in the copy center for all of your help in preparing for my Brother's funeral. Excellent TEAM work. Communication 100%. You guys rock. Thanks again. This location knows how to treat their customers.

First time using this store. Had return address labels ordered to printed with nice design, priced right. Did online to have a logo added. Ready in a few hours, pick up by friendly customer service at the counter. Walked the aisles to find other items and each Staples' person greeted me with a nice welcomes, asking me if I needed any help. I'll be back!

...arrived ten minutes before closing on a Saturday night to drop off a package and print from my email (rude of me, but I was in a pinch). I finished a few minutes after they closed only to realize that the computer printing seemed to have greatly overcharged. The print department head and store manager both were very kind, helpful, and understanding. They refunded the over charge happily and with a smile wished me well! Thank you! : )

I have been going to this Staples store for many years. I have had copying done every year and have bought office supplies on a regular basis, including electronics. I have always had wonderful customer service from everyone there, but particularly from the managers. They have always gone above and beyond to explain and to help me get the best products and prices. I have certainly not had the experience of other reviewers. i would like to particularly thank Brad and Wayne for their amazing help last weekend. I highly recommend this store.

The workers do good with their job and they provide good service and have helped me out plenty of times.

This place is great!! I can find everything I need and the staff is very pleasant and helpful. Why the bad reviews? Good service takes a little waiting and a little patience. I give it 5 stars.....I can't complain.

Great customer services!!! Nice and Polite Staff. They help you in everything. You find anything you need for office and more. They also can print you business card and more. You can print it yourself too.

Just spoke to Wayne from Staples after reading reviews I put on my hard hat before calling. LO L My problem was solved in a mater of seconds and he will be waiting for me with a great new printer in mind. Actually I was very happy...... thanks Wayne...

It didn't take long for someone to see that I needed assistance. And they were extremely helpful helping me find decide on which Bluetooth device to purchase.

I have to say I found Cory, Jess, Wayne and the whole team at Staples in Emmaus to be knowledgeable and extremely helpful. I had a complex issue and with the help of this Staples team I left with a solution and my work completed.
