AT&T Store

I had to get a new phone because I had cracked my screen, and it was time for an upgrade anyway. The process was quick and painless with great customer service from Francisco, and I was in and out within 30mins of being there.

I work with Mariel! So kind, patient, and totally knows what she’s doing. Customer service at its finest she gave us an excellent breakdown of services and answered all of my questions. She give us a great deal and I’m happy with the choice I made of switching over to ATT.
Definitely ask for her on your next visit!

I came into the store frustrated because I called 611 for days with promises of call backs, that I never received. Francisco took the time to solve the issue I was having and genuinely understood the problem I was having. He went above and beyond to help me. I’m so appreciative. He changed my negative view of AT&T.

My overall experience has always been great when dealing with AT&T. However today was the exception. When you find something great you just have to share! AT&T Airport RD is it. Izaya is awesome, he is so helpful and knowledgeable, I can't say enough about him. Exceptionally patient with me. I have been to many AT&T stores but this was my first time at this location -Airport RD, Allentown. This is the particular team of employees you want helping you. The customer service was outstanding, and the product was exactly what I was looking for. I was so pleased with the service I received. Izaya went above and beyond to explain and show each option to me. I was very impressed with the quality of the product I purchased.

Francisco & Mariel were the best store representatives I ever delt with . They helped me with my new business phone service took the time to explain and get me the best deal possible. They went above and beyond I highly recommend them both and this store . Thank guys.

Francisco Velez, Airport Rd, location was very knowledgeable. Very Helpful, kind, fast and efficient. He reviewed our acct and provided best plan available to meet our needs. Took his time. I was helped by Kwame at this At&t branch and it was such a wonderful experience! He was so calm and easy going and took his time to explain everything thoroughly and in great detail. He was extremely personable and cared for my mother and I as more than just customers but as people too. He is also extremely knowledgeable and can answer pretty much any question you have about phones. It so great to have amazing customer service from kind people! 10/10 recommend!

Izaya did a phenomenal job with getting me a new phone and phone plan. My phone died literally 2 hours before i had to go into work and he got everything ready for me with time to spare! This place is a definite 5 stars in my book!

I've had a less than pleasant experience at that store before but I tried again over an ongoing phone issue and today, Matt Suarez was the one helping me. It took longer than I expected but it was because he made sure everything was working correctly and the issue was fixed completely. While he worked on transferring things, he even went above and beyond by looking at my bill and told me about discounts I didn't even know were available. That man is definitely a customer service PRO!

Purchasing a phone and the appropriate phone plan is a very stressful process. When I arrived at the store I was pressed for time and Josh promptly greeted me and took great care of me. His attention to detail and patience was an asset and made the process enjoyable. Job well done Josh, thank you.

I am so happy I decided to go with AT&T! I had so help much from the representatives at the store! I came in with a general idea of what I wanted and needed and they were able to find me the best deal that worked for me! With being a first responder, I am always using my phone at work. Now that I have AT&T I know it will be reliable!

this was by far the best at&t I've had! manager was so friendly, explained everything very well. left no questions unanswered! he deserves some recognition! (and maybe he can train some employees on customer service!)

Frank was extremely professional, helpful and efficient!! He was the only associate working at the time and he assisted in helping us upgrade two phones, purchase a third, take my aunt off my account and open her and my uncle their own. We were very pleased and would recommend Frank and this location to everyone!!

I am so glad I switched to ATT&T. Izaya was the best. He was very knowledgeable plus he took his time to answer any and all questions I had. I would definitely recommend this particular store to anyone that needs a new phone.

Mark at the Allentown ATT store was very knowledgeable and helpful. However you really do need more people working at that store. Luckily I was the first person there in the morning but there were people there waiting for over an hour because it was only him in the store. He was great but more employees are needed.
