It was Mid pandemic I was living In New York. I was looking to RENT a place for my family and I was desperate! I requested to see 1 place (thinking it was a rental) and I was contacted by Christopher Hoffman. He asked me what I was looking to do and I respond with, honestly I just need a place. Christopher says listen I don't really do rentals but Im confident I help you buy a home. I had wanted to buy a home for a long time but it seemed next to impossible. mid pandemic and ton of economic uncertainty it just didn't seem likely to me. Christopher say I have a great team and I know we can find you a home that works for you if you are committed to making it happen. Ok so we made an appointment to see the 1 place …. My wife and I meet with Christopher and he says listen I didn’t want you guys to drive all the way out here from NY to see one place I made appointments to show you a few places in your price range. (100% if Chris only shows me this one place im buying if they say yes it it was ok and I was desperate. We see this place it was ok I was like eh ok its a start. Im about ready to make an offer. Chris reminds me we have a few more places to see …. We go to house #2 its twice as big! Has a big yard and its 10k less ! What ?! My wife is like hey had we seen this place online at all ? Definitely not ! I was ready to pull the trigger on the first house for 10k more no yard only 2 levels low ceilings small rooms house 2 has 4 levels high ceilings and a bunch more stuff. We made an offer right away it was covid times and people were offering 20-30-40k over asking I was doubtful we would get it. We hit a couple of bumps but we GOT THE HOUSE not a cent over asking which I know was Chris and his team working magic to pull thing off We saw the house February 17th we closed March 31 during Covid ! I was a calling Chris everyday stressed and each and every time he was cool and calm and able to resolve the issue and push the deal forward. I had an incredible experience which could have been a horrible experience I would have bought anything im not kidding (have you lived in NY? ) Chris Hoffman saved me from myself. Its almost 2 yrs my kids have their own spaces I have a man cave which is awesome. My wife is happy and we have equity. Its life changing truly. I mean Chris and his team really changed my life and my family’s life
