Leen Ann gave my mother a horrible time just to deposit a money order!!!! the other teller told her like 3 times "All you have to do is help her fill out the blank check" I'm embarrassed to have recommended this bank for something so simple, this lady made us wait 30min.

Terrible service from the loan department. Lying to customers is how low this bank goes. Its even supported at the top. Tho mas Mc grath the 3rd is by far one of the worst people in the lending industry. Stay away from this guy, unless your looking to be lied to. After taking with upper management this view of lying to customers is normal.
