Good place to buy alcohol but not much other things

Filthy dirty and overpriced. Turkey hill on the same street had friendlier staff and a bathroom for little kids to use after I was turned away. I was treated like a bad parent and they spoke to each other in a negative tone in another language to me and my children and have dirty looks. I assume it was not appropriate.
If you do not like your life and what you do, maybe you should not own a business.
I’ll Never give my money there again and will make it a point to tell everyone I know not to go there.

I have spent years giving money to this business. I began going here for energy drinks in 2017, when the business was owned by the Old Owner who was kinder, engaged in conversation and had overall good customer service as well as fairer prices (Who still occasionally visits and I had engaged in convos with while buying). The selling of the business was a terrible mistake - The new owner is extremely rude and Id go as far as to say a terrible businessman (I also believe he is bigoted toward certain types of customers, through my daily experiences of seeing him). Not only does he overprice his items, he treats customers with disrespect by either rushing them out or flat-out ignoring them. He will also spend his time watching television or making phone calls in the MIDDLE of a transaction. I recently lost an item of importance to me, and when I called to ask for him to search the simple aisle and area it could be in, he FLAT-OUT hung-up on me and yelled at me. For the first two years of ownership [that I had visited there], this business was a very friendly environment - Now, I suggest Velero/Convenient on the Wyoming Ave, or another alternative. Hundreds of dollars have been wasted over time by me for a hateful cheapskate. (His wife has some similar tendencies but she is otherwise a quite good person - You guessed it! She's rarely there.) My investment in Pierce St Convenient is officially over, as should be yours.

The two gentlemen that work at the store, need to learn customer service skills and quickly!
