The experience was incredible. Not only did Gus help me out as much as he possibly could, he made it feel like family and was very welcoming. The process was smooth and easy with everything explained perfectly. Was very impressed by how easy it was compared to the difficulty with other dealerships. 10/10 would recommend Gus and Ciocca Subaru . The family mentality is something all businesses should strive for.

I had spent a few weeks using websites like trueCar, Cars, and CarGuru looking for a vehicle when I found one listed at this dealership. I sent a quick email of interest over to the dealership and heard back from them the next day. I set up an appointment to come test drive the vehicle but asked for a few additional photos prior to my driving 2 1/2 hours down to test drive it and received an email containing the photos that same day. I found the staff to be friendly, courteous, helpful, and transparent. They answered all of my questions and helped me make a decision that was right for me. I wanted to sell two of my vehicles and I didn’t want the hassle of having to list it and have strangers coming to my home and do the tire kicking, test driving and what not. I contacted places like Carvana, CarMax and others. I was not happy with their offers. I live not from Ciocca on Hamilton and saw their sign that they purchase vehicles. I contacted them and they gave me an offer. I was happy with it so I contacted them back. They sent over a gentleman to look over the vehicles. They stuck to their original offer. Unlike the others who give you an offer then when they come to look at it they knit pick it to try and lower the offer given.

These guys not only extremely careful not to compromise the safety of their customers and employees but they also look after DX drivers. We exchanged.keys and docs outside without much wait time. As a DX driver you can easily get used to this attentiveness and service.

I had the worst day ever -- hit a deer, totaled my car, then got into a SECOND accident in a friend's car on the way home -- so when I walked in and said to Jeff and Ayoub and Chris, "I need you to actually MAKE this day better!" they did. I was really surprised with how great the customer service was, and how fast the turnaround was with getting the car i wanted. I visited this place and the next day we managed to come to a deal with the car that met my needs, and i left with the car that same day. The car itself is great i’m really pleased and they offered a 2 year warranty on it as well which is a great touch. My salesman, Fernando, made the experience really personable and relaxed. He went above and beyond to help me out, even brought my parents and i some lunch whilst we waited for the paperwork! i would recommend coming here to purchase a car 100% you won’t be disappointed with the customer service, the quality of the car or the deal you receive. I do not enjoy car shopping. (That is an understatement.) However, I needed to get it done. My salesman, Fernando Santiago was understanding and made the process as smooth as possible for me. He made sure to ask questions to help me find just the car I needed. He toured the service facility with me so I would know what to do when maintenance is needed. We had already put a deposit on another car at a different dealership, but saw one randomly online at Subaru and decided to check it out before picking up the other. So glad we did! We purchased quite literally the cheapest car on their lot, but still received 5 star service. From the two online reps Christina and Alec, to Andrew who helped us out in store, everyone was so nice and helpful. Truly the best experience buying a used car and we’ll be sure to recommend this hidden gem to all!

So, the unexpected happened. I am in need of a used car. Well, who isn't?? No one has any inventory. Luckily, ciocca dealerships have plenty! So many dealerships within their system to choose from. There's almost too much!

Ciocca is a one stop shop. This is not my first purchase. My mom even bought a car from ciocca. I don't entrust many people or places with my family. That's saying a lot!! They have so many dealerships in their network that getting service is never an issue. They have everything you need. Even a collision center, God forbid you need it. They are there for you. I decided at 3pm I wanted to buy a car, had an appt at 6pm with Neil and drove off the lot in a *new to me* Buick by 8:30pm. The whole thing was so easy.. almost too good to be true.
