I bought a battery from The new AutoZone on Lehigh Street that Unfortunately died. When i brougt it back they could not find the warranty on it. Ed, the manager said it's clearly our battery so let's do the right thing and just replace it. You don't hear that too often these days. Jason and Marcus were very helpful with the transaction as well. I appreciate there professionalism.

I was very amazed that Autozone took over a huge store like this. An old grocery store. It’s a huge warehouse of parts. The employees are a great group. After getting parts they allowed me to take pictures inside. I’ve tried adding a phone number to call but it’ hasn’t been added yet. This is the only store that had the a/c compressor I needed in stock. All other stores had to order it. Saying two days. Some were other auto zones, as well as all other auto parts stores in the area. Thanks for great service!

Needed a few things for my car. Had everything I needed and the lady that helped me was very helpful and polite. Great experience.

Steven the assistant manager was the most amazing help I've ever had!!! He fixed the problem with my car with a smile on his face. The store was very well kept I will be back always!!! Best manager ever he deserves a raise 👏 🙌

I came in for the Bondo body repair kit which usually retails for $30 and bought two on sale for $30. Yay!

Other locations I've felt like employees were just there. I go back to Lehigh Street location because the team there to me are overly helpful and most seam to want to help me out.

Shout out to Manny! Tonight was the second night I can in 10 minutes before closing because of truck problems and when most would give me a look or not help me find something, Manny hand a great attitude and could care less I came in his store right before closing. Even minutes before closing, Manny made sure I had what I came for and had a great attitude while doing so. Nowadays, you don’t find that. Thanks Manny! 🤘🏼

The manager, Rodrigo, and staff were very helpful, knowledgeable, and professional. The store was well stocked and super clean. This is the store if you need help with finding a part or have a few questions. It's the best AutoZone in the Lehigh Valley with the nicest staff.

At this branch I always have a pleasant, productive and professional experience and today Brie knocked it outta the park, handling a return using my profile in their system without a glitch, even remembering my information when she had to enter it on another screen. She's a rare find these days: a customer-facing employee who just secured long-term customer loyalty to a fortune 500 company.

Louis was very helpful and polite. He helped me find the correct parts for my steering pump and pullies for my truck. I highly recommend this store in a time where there is hardly any customer service. Louis went above and beyond to help me out

I have to give a shot out to Jason! Who works at this location. Jason, did not only point me in the direction of the product I was look for ( tar remover). But, on his way out at the end of his shift. To help me remove the tar that was all over the driver side of my vehicle. He went way above and beyond customer service. To the act of kindness of helping out a stranger whom he just met with his 3 year old son running around in the bed of the pickup truck. Jason, I want to thank you yet again for your act of kindness and gratitude! You provide light that is needed in this world today by your personality and how you enjoy helping others. Thank you sir once again!

I wanted to say thank you to Luis and Rodrigo for a wonderful customer service experience they were very helpful very friendly I went in to buy parts for 2 different vehicles and I needed quite a few items which they help me find and and they had a lot of useful information when above and beyond to help Thank you again guys

Jason at the Lehigh street store was so helpful! After buying wiper fluid he even helped me fill reservoir. This is a new car and I wasn’t sure where it was located. He showed me where it was and even filled it up. Thank you Jason!
