My husband and I went in to see if they could print out a reciept for us from 2/2023 and the 2 ladies that help us were so patient and they really tried to help us , spent some time with us ! Their names were Sherry Kostinbader and Tonya Shafer we thank them very much!

Love this place!! Helpful staff and so many choices of fabric!!! I frequent this store because they have curbside pickup that allows you to tell them when you're on your way and when you arrive to pick up. Short wait times, too. Highly recommend!!

**Update** They still offer curbside pickup (amazing) and still have the most amazingly friendly staff. They are so knowledgeable. Absolutely love this place!! 😀

The only store locally for fabric and sewing supplies, but they also have a great selection of all other crafting and seasonal supplies.

I called to inquire about a product and Cassidy was super helpful and made our shopping experience very pleasant. She offered to placed the product behind the counter for us to pick up the same day which was extremely helpful so we could complete our project. The store has so much variety and values throughout. Will definitely be back. Thank you Cassidy!

Best Joann's I have been too! I have gone to 5 different Joann's so far and this one is my "lucky" store. Almost any fabric,sewing pattern, yarn or products that others Joann's don't have or carry this JoAnn has it. The staff has always been nice. I have been shopping here for 8 years now and never had a problem with a purchase. At the moment they are renovating so the store is looking nicer. But while the renovation is going on the bathroom is not available at the time. I have found that annoying for the moment. At the end it will be worth it. I am at Joann's almost every week so it will be nice to see the place completely done. As for the products there are a huge selection on fabrics, crafts, baking items, home decor etc. There are always sales. Best thing to have is the app worth having it especially for the coupons. It's nice having a fabric craft store so close to home.

Wonderful selection of items. Staff very helpful. Recently had a very good experience with a young woman helping me select heavy duty outdoor fabric n thread for outdoor furniture. She knew her product very well and exactly where to find the perfect needed items. .

I’ve been to other Joann Fabrics stores and this one is by far my favorite. Huge selection of apparel fabrics and neatly arranged. I was there when they first opened at 9am so that could be why everything was in order but still the set up was very organized. All the staff were nice especially Esther. She’s a great example of what good customer service is.

Wide selection of craft items, showing items, and all kinds of artistic needs. May not be the best quality fabrics, but you can make some nice things out of them.

My fiancee and I stopped in at the JOANN Fabric on Mcarthur Rd an hour before closing 10/29/21. I last second decided to make a birdcage veil for our wedding which was only 2 days away. The first person that help us, sadly I did not notice her name tag, walked us from one side of the store to the other to show us exactly were all the tulle and netting was. We found exactly what we were looking for, but in the wrong color. I asked another young woman who seemed to be training if there was anyway to search inventory for this netting in black. She called Maria to assist us. Maria digitally searched inventory and then went through ever roll of black lace and netting we could find in the store to help us find the best alternative since it seems what we needed they didn't have. We found an alternative that was better than what I first wanted. We were rung up by another pleasant employee while the store was closing. I know this is a very long review, but every CSR in JOANN's that evening was incredible when they had every reason to rush us out. It was late and it was a miserably cold and stormy night and I'm sure they all wanted to get home, but you would have never known that with how committed they were to giving us exemplary service. Thank you all!

I was shopping for my daughter @Joanns online on Saturday and as it neared closer to midnight I needed $3 more for free shipping. I put my credit card in starting at midnight and it came back double the cost of the order & now won't arrive by Christmas. Crazy!!! Unbeknownst to me there was a sale and it was off at midnight! After so much effort I called the store the next day and talked to the manager. Tried to find corporates #, no luck to reach. I drove to the store last night (an hour away) and while they didn't have everything I originally wanted I was able to get help to find all the tedious items by Cassidy. She was in fabrics but when paged came right over to help us! She stayed with us (6ft away) to get us what was available and was extremely helpful, polite & suggested alternative items & was very nice! I went up to the register a couple of times & William helped me with everything. All in all ended up that the drive to fix it in person was worth the travel time! Thanks Cassidy & William for a great shopping experience!

The woman brings me here. She loves it. Euphoric look of joy on her face... or maniacal determination to rule the world through crafts. I go in their by myself sometimes to get stuff for her. The employees take pity on me and help me return home with victory in my teeth.

The remodeled store is amazing! Everything is neat and organized. I especially love the new fabric racks! The new shopping carts are a dream!!! They glide across the floor and are just the right size--- well done Joann Fabrics!

Wonderful customer service. She walked around the store with us to help us find what we needed. Took interest in our projects and was super kind. Everything in the store was un order, 10/10 for store cleanliness. Will definitely be coming back.

I always shop at JoAnn's they have a nice selection and good sale prices and clearance deals. Store employees are helpful and greet you with kindness I appreciate that as a customer. Love this store so much in Whitehall pa 18052.

I went there for their after Christmas sale. 70% off plus another 20%. Savings galore! Staff is so nice, and there was a huge selection. I enjoy browsing through this store regularly anyway, but the sale was a real bonus.

Need your knives sharpened? JoAnn offers this service twice a year. I had mine done in January and was very pleased. The next one is in April. You can drop them off ahead of time and pick up later. Payment is required ahead of time. Information on their website.

Jo-Ann Fabrics is more than sewing and crafts. Neither of which I do. But having moved here recently I have been in there a few times and successfully found items that I was unsuccessful finding at other places. It's a fun place to browse. And find items that are unique.
