Shanghai Chinese Restaurant

This is my go to lunch place. Their food is consistently delicious and priced just right My favorite is their steamed pork dumplings, and the pork egg roll is the best I've had anywhere. I highly recommend them!

I always enjoy Chinese takeout from Shanghai. Food is prepared fresh and hot. Egg Drop soup is delicious. Orange Chicken is very good and has the perfect amount of heat (personal opinion). Beef and Peppera is a great selection too.

This restaurant has the most PLEASANT staff! The staff is always smiling and will frequently give us extra goodies. Thoroughly enjoy picking up our food here!

This family-owned Chinese restaurant is really the best in the Dallas area and I think has surpassed the Peking Chef.

Food was fresh and delicious filled with flavor. The customer service was perfect, they’re always smiling and asking for help. The food portions were larger than what you normally get at the same price. The dumplings are a must try!

First time here but won’t be the last. Absolutely excellent! Not salty. Extremely high quality Chinese food. The Moo Shoo Chicken is the best we have ever had! Really wonderful and we can’t wait to come back. Thanks for the very authentic and delicious food!

My wife kids and I just finished our dinner from here and was thoroughly impressed. Everything was fresh and tasty, and the price was incredibly reasonable. I stop here for lunch several times a week for their lunch combos. Orange chicken, broccoli, and a drink for 5$ and change.. Can't best it. The owners are super friendly and always are looking to please. Highly recommended.

The food was excellent. It was the first time order for us and a great choice. Sometimes it's hard to find good coconut chicken and theirs was excellent! The egg rolls were the best I've had in a long time too!

Great Chinese American food! The fried dumplings are the best. The mixed vegetable dishes include asian mushrooms and bamboo shoots. I drive through Dallas, PA about once a year. I wish this place was closer. I would order there all the time.

I am not a huge fan of Chinese food and the family decided they wanted to try the newest restaurant in Dallas- Shanghai Chinese. I am so glad we did, the food was great! The family atmosphere and extremely friendly service was fantastic. The food was hot and ready when I arrived to pick the carryout order up. I don't think I have never been in such a clean Chinese restaurant in my life. They thanked me for my service and even opened the door for me when I was walking out. We will definitely be returning!

Great food! I'm a big fan of BBQ pork, these guys do a fantastic job. Spicing is spot on, sauces are clean and bright. Still blown away each time I pay the bill, huge portions and low prices.

Keep it up guys, great addition to the Dallas food scene.

Mongolian beef was remarkable. Fried rice was not greasy. Everything I got was fresh. The place was immaculate. They even threw in 2 free egg rolls. Super nice guys. Had a wonderful dinner. 5 stars for sure

Really good food! I love that I can get PLAIN lo main noodles. And don't have to sit there and pick out the veggies that I would not eat. So far everything that I have ordered from here has been amazingly delicious!!!!! I drive from Tunkhannock to Dallas just get this delicious food.

My wife and I have been eating here for about 2 years and we have never gotten a bad meal.. The staff is always very friendly and kind..

We were hoppers when it came to Chinese food until we went to Shanghai. Now we go nowhere else. Great family business. So clean. Food is the best.

Very well priced lunch specials. I never feel hungry after PLUS I get free soda with any lunch combo. Everything has always tasted fresh too me and the meat quality is good.

We had Shanghai for the first time for dinner with my wife. Needless to say I was not disappointed. We ordered over 40 dollars in food and had a ton of food left overs, portions were huge, food was excellent, and very fresh. We will recommend to all our friends.

Their coconut chicken and walnut chicken is delicious. Egg rolls aren't the greatest but all their other food I have tried is good

The best authentic food in the Back Mountain area, and the staff is always curteous and helpful ( have been ordering from Shangai in the last 4 years. Never a disappointment). Thank you for being here!
