Was in there a few months ago to fax some documents. The lady that waited on me was real nice and helpful.

They are very stingy with the supplies (envelopes, labels). Come on, you are a UPS store! How can we ship without these things. The Wyoming and Kingston stores are MUCH more friendly and helpful

Called and left 3 messages regarding a text I received stating a package was there for me and would be sent back if I did not get there to pick up. Could not make it the day they stated so tried calling that day and no return call and Noone ever answers there.

After getting a shipping quote to send an item out at $22.## on one day, I came back the next day with the same item, in the same box, and realized I needed to get a box that had about .5-1” more depth. Had they told me that the box would be too small the day before, I would have brought a different one. The shipping quote jumped up to $50, plus $20 for the box and the labor involved in putting a one-piece 20” long item into the box. I never had an issue at the other UPS store locations, and I would gladly go back to the other stores first.

Horrible location. They charge you $1.83 to drop off a package. Go to Kingston much better and no charge.

They are friendly when you are standing in front of the them but I have tried to call there for two days repeatedly. NO ANSWER. I have left messages to confirm they rec’d the bar codes for returns so I can send my husband out with the packages. How hard is it to answer the phone or return a call. I would say that is part of running a business. Please look into this issue

Nice of them to “care” when their UPS driver runs you off the road and refuses to take responsibility for the damage to your vehicle.
