The Pizza Box - Ambler

Ordered five pies today from these guys. They were done fast. They were hot and fresh. My contractors absolutely loved them. Price was a little steep, but that’s everywhere you go now a days but they were worth it. I will 100% be back!

Went here on lunch break with my friends and everything was so delicious. We all were impressed. I had a veggie grinder and my friends had pizza and said it was the best they ever had. It’s a super cute family run Italian place. Delicious and aesthetically comforting.. the people were generous and warm also. Very hospitable. If you are in the mood for Italian - you will not go wrong here. Thanks for the great experience!

We visited from out of town and found the Pizza Box. The food was amazing and the people working were even better. We had a great meal and would highly recommend this place!!! The Italian sugar donut dessert was amazing too!!!

The Pizza Box in Ambler serves up a delicious Margarita pizza. The sauce has just the right kick, paired with fresh mozzarela, and fragrant basil. The crust is neither too thick nor too thin, it's the perfect balance. Plus the owners are incredibly friendly and welcoming. If you're craving delicious pizza, I highly recommend The Pizza Box in Ambler.

Found this little gem while in the area for work. One of the best pizzas I've ever had in my life. Crust is nice and crispy (personal preference, hard and crunchy beats soft and chewy), and the flavor combinations are amazing!! I don't know what BBQ sauce they use, but OMG!!! The staff is very friendly and accommodating, never had a problem. The place is a tad small and cramped for dining in, but I still do it on occasion, they can't be faulted for the building. I eat there as much as I can as I am in the area for work almost everyday. I'll grab lunch from 1-4 days in a week, never gets old!! You definitely want to try this place at least once in your life! Try the Taco salad pizzas!

I love Pizza Box! They've got a slice for every mood; from their crispy chicken jalapeno to their delightfully crispy and luxurious margherita square! The staff are habitually kind and jovial. It's really a community fixture at this point. Nothing brings Americans together much like Pizza, and nothing brings Ambler together quite like Pizza Box Ambler!

Been coming to pizza box in ambler for years. My FAVORITE pizza shop. Such a wonderful and friendly crew. Great lunch spot with so many different slice options to choose from with unique and adventurous specialty slices to your standard slices. Buff chicken is especially delicious. Outside of New York, I ( we / You ) are fortunate enough to get this place so close. Great pizza that exemplifies the meaning and taste of what pizza should be. Hollywood names to the specialities give you cute names, but it’s the food will have you calling Pizza Box in Ambler over and over again. The large cheesesteak Stromboli will feed a family of six easily, but you might not want to share? The Elton John consists of breaded chicken breasts, provolone cheese with broccoli rabe on a amoroso roll and is one of my favorites. Don’t be shy when you’re there, as the people who run Pizza Box are family. Friendly and always willing to offer a suggestion, I’ve never been disappointed with one of the suggestions. Seating is minimal with not much seating.

Been going there almost 3 years, they always have a smile and make you feel part of the community. Can not go wrong with the Sicilian slices.

Great pizza. Crusty and chewy. Used to go to Glenside location but this one is closer. Always delicious and interesting pizza options.
One disappointment: We tried a cheesesteak and hoagie but they were anemic at best. Hoagie was mostly lettuce with a little ham and cheese. No evidence of salami, mortadella, etc. There are a lot of other options in the area for great sandwiches.

This place makes FANTASTICAL pizza. People who work there are very nice.

Had a fun, unique experience buying pizza from here. We got a pizza with french fries on it...and loved it!

I have been here many times. The Jackie Chan sandwich, is amazing. As well as the veal Parmesan. The staff are very friendly and they do speak great English. I highly recommend this place for a bite to eat, no doubt.

This establishment has extraordinary pizza, a staff well versed with customer service and a very delicious menu that I look forward to diving into.

It’s all about the crust for me, and Pizza Box has the best crust in the Ambler/Blue Bell/Conshohocken area. It’s perfectly thin and crispy. I’ve learned to eat it right in the shop for that perfect non-saggy crispness. Another secret—the reheated individual slices taste better than a fresh pie. It doesn’t seem to make sense, but it’s true—reheating in their pizza oven gives it an extra crispness that I can’t get enough of. Yum!

Sorry i dont have pictures but I'll promise I'll take some next time .. But the pizza i had was delicious 😋 Chicken bacon ranch , and Pepperoni . I came across This place while searching for something to eat for lunch and I'm not disappointed. i been back 2 times since my first visit. i been recommending my friends and family to visit 🙂
