Edin at the Lemay location was extremely kind, knowledgeable, and helpful! He figured out what happened with my car and got me in and out in less than 20 mins. The other staff members in the store were also very welcoming. Awesome team at this location!

Bought my WeatherTec floor mats for my car today. Ordered online. Got the email saying order was ready. No line. Quick pick-up. Quick install!! Floor mats look great and work very well!!

Was having issues with my car starting. Had to jump start it to get there. Kenan tested my battery and alternator and let me know they were good, but it was something with my starting system. I have always had great service at this location.
The manager, Mike, has a great team here and they all deserve kudos.

Came in for an online pick up for windshield wipers and Edin was very helpful installing them for me and giving me advice on how to extend the longevity of them.

If you have any problems I mean any car problems go here and ask for Edin D he was a big help with the parts and locating my camshaft position sensor and guide me through it Edin is not just a AutoZone worker but a true mechanic at heart💪🏼

I came into the store Friday afternoon to get lug-nuts and tire foam, I don’t speak English that well and an employee named Konstantin was patient with me and walked me to the isle. Great manners👍

Hello my name I Frankie. Today is Sept. 10 2022. I call autozone, store number 303 on Lemay Ferry Road, St Louis Missouri this morning. I spoke with a gentleman named Elvir. I asked him could he help to put my tail light unit in, and did they have a part for
my nitro, if so can he snap it in. He said they didn't have the part, but he said he can put the unit in, just bring it by which I did. When I got there, he put ithe unit in force me which I appreciate it. I had to go somewhere else to get the part, and when I returned he snap the part in for me
without hesitation. I really appreciate that. He is a amazing, kind, patient gentleman and I am thankful that I had him as my customer service representative. I usually always come there and I am glad I did and I will continue. Thanks again

I wish I could remember the gentleman's name, he was so awesome I wish I could give him a raise myself. My godson was broke down in front of their business and that gentleman went above and beyond to help him with loner tools and advice. Can't recommend them enough.

An excellent establishment. They helped me pick out the best battery for my car AND THEN INSTALLED IT FOR ME! They were quick and efficient, the person I spoke to and who replaced my battery recommended a couple products, told me WHY he was recommending them, and with my limited car knowledge, Even I could see the levels of some fluids were low. It took a huge weight off my shoulders to get a new battery AND have it installed right then and there. Also, as a young woman who went to the store alone, I didn't feel taken advantage of or uncomfortable perusing the shop while my battery was being changed; sometimes you can feel other employees leering at you, But I felt very comfortable the whole time.

This location the guys actually have some common sense. I use this one most frequently because as I said all of the employees seem to have a pretty good idea of how to help you. Recently I was replacing my entire clutch system and employee helping me was very diligent in helping make sure I had all the parts I needed in advance.

Your manager James,at your store on Lemay Ferry store went far beyond his job description to help me. I have been told in the past by workers at different stores like yours we can’t go outside we can’t look at your car and he not only came out and looked at my car and figured out the bulbs that I needed.He change them for me.Then he pointed out that I needed anti-freeze I went back inside and bought anti-freeze he helped me get the kind my car used with a five dollar rebate!and went back out and filled up my anti-freeze and this means a lot to me.I’m not some young gal . I am a 72-year-old woman and he did that for me and I really appreciated it.He has earned me as a customer forever.I was at O’Reilly’s before your store because it’s closer and they didn’t offer any extra help,so I drove on down to your store.James is a great employee of yours and it makes your company look good to have employees like James.Thanks again James! I went for my wife's car for check engine light. Jacob (who works there along with Autumn) put on the meter to check the problem. Had to sit there there to make sure the battery was ready for testing. Found out that she needed a new battery. He loaned me the tools to remove it, then replaced it with a new one. In a tight spot, also needed a grasping tool to remove the old one. Also suggested to replace a new bulb (which i bought a socket for the bulb at another place). The blinker (which was not working.....WORKED !!!! Left there extremely satisfied. Their working abilities as well as there friendly dispositions were pleasing to us. Great jobs guys !!!! Will return for sure. Autozone please tell them they are doing good work.

I had a flat tire and stopped at autozone hoping for some help. Store owner Jim greeted me at the door and was able to help me. If you want the best over the top customer service, this is your local. Thank you so much Jim.

I am a first time customer of this AutoZone. They were very helpful with replacing my daughters battery in her car. The battery I wanted was not in their inventory. It was not a battery they ever stocked. I asked if they could order one. They said yes they could. I was very pleased because ther was a difference of $60 from what they stocked and the one I wanted to purchase. They went over and beyond for me. They advised me that they would have the battery available at this location by 4pm. Great job AutoZone!!!! Thank you for all your help in my time of need!!

It was so amazing for the staff at autozone in lemay and I’m really happy to say that Dave the manager went above and beyond and helped us get back on the road safely and soundly if it wasn’t for him we would of be stranded in St. Louis and not been able to get back on the road to INDIANDA today and I’m very thankful for Brandon for helping the last 20 minutes to get the parts back on and I’m proud to say the store manager was very grateful and very nice and this store has great team members. If anyone ever needs someone to help You out and go above and beyond

Sandra was helpful on finding a part other locations didn’t have in stock and located the part I needed at a different location. Even called to verify it was in stock and available for pickup

Great staff!!! Gave me a tip on how to remove a stripped/rounded oil drain plug with simple tools i already have instead of buying a 30$ stripped bolt socket set!

Did what they promised did it well.
These guys, and gals,😁 are really good, back in the old days, I've would have written their boss a letter!!

These guys are so helpful, I always go there with questions and they point me in the right direction with good advice. Since they have no real benefit one way or another, they can tell the truth and help guide you. A purchase of a small part will be gifted with help to put it on your car. Awesomesauce.

Had a bad experience at the Loughborough store so I relocated my business to this location and the experience got better as well. The workers and managers all work with you to resolve any problem you may have with your vehicle. Love this place. Thanks Autozone
