By far the best nail salon! I’ve never been able to grow my nails out because they are so flimsy and thin, but I’ve been getting the structure modern gels done and finally have natural, long, sturdy nails. Jenny is the absolute best and such a pro at what she does. Highly recommend

Honestly one if the best extension manicures I've ever had. I always get my nails done when I'm in LA and am looking for the right bar- I've found it.
It's a very pretty, spacious salon with comfortable chairs and swift service. Karl, who did my nails, was super friendly and very talented. They gave me wine and mimosas whilst I had my nails done, and a rose to take home when I left, which is mad cute. My nails are a beautiful shape, thin, realistic and glossy. I couldn't be happier with them.

Super cute nail spot! Pink everything! They serve you mimosas or wine while they do your nails, super comfy pink massage chairs ! Love this place! I come all the time now!

2.8.2024 UPDATE: Happily amending my previous review. I posted the below review this morning and by this evening my nails look beautiful. The team at JennPaint contacted me right away to address my complaint. They advised of their 1 week chip
policy and requested that I come at my convenience to address the chip issue.

I went in after work and nail tech, Mia did an amazing job fixing the issue. In addition, she checked my remaining nails and preemptively did a refresh on them just make sure that the chipping didn’t start on the unaffected nails! More importantly, she explained what probably caused the chipping and made a nail care recommendation for my next appointment to address the concern.

I very appreciate the follow-up and great customer service by JENNPAINTT and it looks like I have found a nail salon home conveniently located close to the office. I’m looking forward to my next appointment.

I selected JennPaint Nail Boutique based on its reviews and was thrilled to learn that the salon was within walking distance to/fro work; however the results are not what I expected from a salon of this caliber.

Like many other gel manicure reviews (which I should I have dug deeper) my gel manicure didn’t last a week. I got my manicure on Sat., 2.3 and noticed the first chip on Mon., 2.5. on my right hand. It was small and I was on a business trip so I tried not to pay attention. However by Wed., 2.7, the chipping on my right hand got progressively worse and I noticed chipping was starting to occur on my left hand -the thumb. Needless to say, I was happy/relieved that I was heading home from my work trip with my nails in such horrible condition. My coworker even commented that my nails wouldn’t chip this bad even if they were 2 - 3 weeks old and I agree, having got gel manicures before.

I typically pay about 80-90 (w/o tip) both a gel or powder manicure and regular pedicure and with that type of investment expect the results to last at least two weeks. I’m extremely disappointed. I was going to let the salon know however after reading the other reviews with similar experiences but saw no response to resolve or the customer being told should have got the “premium” gel, I’m going to go elsewhere to have my nails fixed. I think it’s unfortunate that I’m going to have to do so and spend more in the process. On a bright note, my pedicure turned out great.

Went in as a walk in for eye brows and loved the service and the environment. Super pink. I ended up getting a pedicure. I definitely recommend it. Lucy was the one who helped me and she was super nice.

First of all the place is so pretty, it's so pink! My fave. I believe Lily was the name that did my nails and she was very accommodating from the color to the style I wanted.

So I got the Paradise Pedicure when I came to visit LA a few weeks ago and googled the closest nail salon next to my hotel and came here while waiting for my room to be ready. Misa did a great job, had unlimited Mimosas, cookie, neck pillow, massage, and the works! She took care of my toes and I was well pampered! Would return and recommend! Thanksie! Misa great job for the newbie! Wink! My toes still look great with the gel weeks later.

As a first time customer, I had an amazing experience at this nail salon! I appreciate how accommodating the staff was as a walk-in apt. I was lucky to have Jenny do my nails with such talent and precision. She’s so sweet and passionate about her work. I was really impressed with the polish selection. I’m so happy I found my new nail place in DTLA! 💖

I am a first timer in getting a pedicure and Misa did an amazing job and provided an excellent service. I went all off with my Signature pedicure 🤭 Misa did an amazing job asking if I liked my French tip, you could never go wrong with Frenchies on toes 🤍 I will definitely be booking with her again! 🤍

This place is so cute. The staff is all friendly. This was my first time coming here. I got a Gel X extension, and my nails were so cute. I also got a matching gel pedicure. Recommend.

Jenn is the absolute best! I'm VERY serious about my nails and had been going to same nail tech for 8 years. During the pandemic, I no longer felt safe in that salon. I searched hard for a nail technician that was clean and a beast with designs. Jenn is absolutely that! She always understands the assignment! My natural nails are healthier & stronger than ever. The gel never lifts and my nails don't break between appointments even when they are 5 weeks apart. So happy that I found Jenn!!

I had the pleasure of visiting this salon last Thursday. From entry I was pleasantly greeted by the owner. I did not have an appointment but after a short wait she was able to fit me in for a pedicure and foot massage. The atmosphere is relaxing. The customer service top notch. Henry did my feet and he was verryyy thorough and took his time. I never felt rushed as if he was just trying to get me in and out of the chair. He also offer me a complimentary water and glass of wine. The pricing is also very affordable and competitive for Downtown LA. If I’m even in town again I would definitely return. Keep it up guys!

The only place I get my nails done! All of the artists are so friendly and talented, and the service is always top tier. Last night, Karl did my nails and was so gracious to stay later, and ended up killing the design- I couldn’t be happier!!!

I love JennPaintt Nail Lounge! I was looking for a new spot after being disappointed / rejected time and time again with the nail art I've requested, but JennPaintt came through! All of the nail techs are so talented and willing to do any design you throw at them. I went to Serena twice and she did an amazing job, and accommodated all my requests. She's sadly moving, but I'm looking forward to going back next time because everyone is so good at their craft there! Prices are affordable for the quality of work, the salon is super modern and clean, everyone that works there is super friendly, and overall just a lovely vibe!

JennPaintt is my go-to nail salon. Jenn is the sweetest, super detailed and quick! The space is super cute and clean too. I highly recommend Gel-X since it’s a healthier alternative for your nails. I always leave so happy and with the CUTEST nails.

Jen is amazing at her work. She never disappoints. She listens to what you want and always takes really good care of your nails. She's so sweet and it's like talking to your friend and catching up during your nail appointment. I always leave happy and best of all they are my REAL nails. Best nail tech ever! Highly recommend.

Absolutely loved my experience from the moment I walked in! Such a beautiful Salon, with a wide range of colors that I have never seen before! Did a Gel Extension for the first time and will not be going back to acrylic ever!! Karl was wonderful, doing a custom design for me. Thank you so much for my beautiful nails! My new favorite Salon!

Jenn is the most amazing nail artist. I've been going to her for over a year and her manicures never disappoint. My nails have never looked so incredible. Her expertise in gel manicures is unlike anyone I've ever been to. Her designs are beautiful and I love coming to see her. Jenn is the best! Don't sleep on making an appoint with her.
