In there to possibly buy one mattress and we walked out purchasing two with two frames. Prices were amazing!! Glenn was very knowledgeable with all the products in the store. Glenn definitely made us feel very welcome. I have already told my family to go there. Glenn also delivered the next day. This could have not been any easier of a purchase! I will definitely be going back very soon for a new mattress for me!!

My husband and I went to Glenn today in looks for a mattress. We had such an amazing experience! The customer service was outstanding, and the product was exactly what we were looking for, plus some! I would recommend anyone and everyone to his business. We can thank him enough!

Updated review! It’s been a couple of weeks and I love the mattress and adjustable frame more and more each day. I didn’t realize how much pain I had was caused by my old mattress. I sleep thru the entire night now, which means no more getting out of bed to pee.
I shopped all the other mattress places in Newton but didn’t feel comfortable. Thought I would just buy another mattress in the box from Amazon. Then I came upon Mattress by appointments ad on Facebook. They listed low prices, and my thought process was Low prices but able to try before but unlike amazon. I made an appt with Glenn and spent a decent amount of time with him. My husband and I tried a few mattresses in the store and made a decision before we left. We did not purchase that day as some un expected expenses came up, but mid following week I texted Glenn and paid over phone. We set up delivery for Saturday. Glenn and his wife delivered and set up the adjustable frame and mattress (King size and that is some heavy stuff!) Glenn made a great impression without pushy sales pitches, chit chatted about regular every day things that made us feel comfortable. Then meeting his wife on delivery and we knew the product we purchased was going to be ok. They are good knowledgeable people selling good products. 100% reccomend

Highly recommend using this place. Glen and Barb are amazing. My mattress wasn’t coming till the following week, so they came with a loaner mattress as I was having a lot of family visiting. Best customer service!

I'm not the type of person who takes time to make reviews but this time I have to, due to the great customer service experience I had shopping with Glenn & Barbara at Mattress by appointment, they were very helpful, kind but overall patient with me, didn't feel any pressure at any time, I felt very comfortable with them and I just end up buying a higher end mattress than was in my mind lol and i love it !!! they very patiently guided me through the finance program which was very fast, easy and took only about 10 minutes to get approved, also they delivered it in to my house in less than an hour !!!

I’ll start things off with we didn’t even have an appointment. We walked into the store randomly since we were shopping in the area. Glenn was extremely welcoming and asked us a few questions about how we slept and what we were looking in a Mattress. Within 15 min he had us in our dream bed. Our mattress was in stock and he personally delivered it with his wife and had the adjustable frame set up in minutes. He explained all the functions and let us know if we had any questions to not hesitate to call him. Overall it was a 5 star experience and we’re extremely satisfied with the bed and service we received.

These are the nicest people you ever want to meet they’re honest and their mattresses and recliners are so nice. Quick delivery set up take everything away. Awesome. So glad I made the decision to reach out. I highly recommend them.

I simply called and Glenn explained what they had in stock, prices, what he could order, etc. He made is super simple to make an appointment and worked with our schedules! We came in today tried out all the options picked one paid and within a few hours Glenn and his beautiful wife showed up and brought us our brand new mattress! They were super informative and very nice to deal with we will absolutely be recommending them to our friends and family. I wanted a good mattress with out the large price tag. We went to wholesale mattress and met with Glenn. He was outstanding. Was not pushing and particular brand or price. He was extremely knowledgeable on everything he had in his store. He will meet with you at your availability and that is huge for people who have crazy schedules! I will be recommending all my friends and family to go there when they want a mattress! He also sells recliners!! But, best experience ever in purchasing a big ticket item with any store or person EVER! If only every retailer was like Glenn we would be living in a much friendlier world!! Thank you!!!

When I called the shop to make an appointment, I briefly explained I had scoliosis and I am in need of a good mattress for my back. When we got there, Barbara shared with me that her + Glenn were just researching scoliosis and which would be the best bed for me. That kind gesture really meant a lot to me. I spent quite a bit of time trying out the mattresses, and while we went with the most expensive they had - it was still a fantastic price with delivery and installation included. After suffering with back and hip pain each morning, my husband and I decided it was time for a new mattress. We found Mattress By Appointment online and luckily there was one nearby in Newton.
We called and set up an appointment with Glen who was very helpful in demonstrating the differences between his supply of name-brand mattresses.
We ended up purchasing a hybrid mattress that has us both feeling so much better at the start of the day!
