Chris is an extremely knowledgeable man and is passionate about guns, as you should be if you run a shop.

I stopped in randomly, as I heard through the grapevine The Armory is the place to go. I knew he sells some specialty guns and builds AR's. While I was there, I saw a side-folder, Polish AK. I asked to see it, which he was more than happy to let me take a look.

I said I'd take it, however the computers were down that day and he wrote it up as "It's yours." Didn't ask for a deposit, just said to be back in two weeks or it goes back on the shelf. I came back two days (or three) and purchased it.

There were some regulars there when I was picking it up, and it was just really nice to talk and be around like minded people. Not cliquey, just some good ol' hardworking people (like myself).

For everyone saying "He's overpriced," he really isn't. You got to understand the man is just trying to make a living doing what he loves. Even if certain guns are a few bucks more, you don't have to wait for it; you can take it home the same day. If you want a "great" deal and are willing to wait for shipping, give him a call before you order. He's more than happy to serve as an FFL for you, and his rates are extremely reasonable.

When I met him first, he just basically tell me everything from A-Z. and not only that, he is the Man with good Heart, which I respect more than anything in the person, business is one thing but, been a very good person it’s talk’s about everything, I have this feeling like he is my Family, this is how I feel and guess what ? Armory has become my go to for title two transfers.
Chris, along with his father helped out a great deal especially regarding my pre-86 machine gun transfer. Armory tirelessly helped me to ensure that the the actual MG sale was legally binding and legitimate along with a professional consultation and step-by-step walk-through of the entire transfer process.

I don’t understand why I see negative reviews on here. I Called today to see if he had a rifle and ammunition that no one seemed to have or a rifle that wouldn’t break my bank account. He said he had the ammo and was upfront that it was a little more expensive because it was all he could get (hornandy) and he said he’d have the gun (that’s way more affordable) by Tuesday and if he didn’t he’d Call me before I came down to let me know I’d have to wait another day or two.I went there and bought ammo and the rifle upfront. He is very polite and respectful and knowledgeable , I’ve driven by this place for years and now that I’ve finally done business there I plan on going back for more !!

Best gun shop around!! Chris is a great guy and gives good prices for his product. He'll work with you on a lot of different things. He'll even make you a custom build AR!! He always welcomes firearm enthusiasts come in to chat. Will always buy from Chtis!

My wife went in to purchase me a rifle as a gift. The owner was extremely helpful and not at all condescending or rude with a customer who knows next to nothing about firearms. He explained all about the rifle she wanted and she left with a great gift for me and more knowledgeable. I will be coming back to this shop in the future.

Chris is so helpful and very knowledgeable with AR15's. Really spent time with me educating the ins and outs of my rifle. More interesting in helping a customer rather than spending your money.

Chris helped me on numerous occasions multiple he is not just a gun shop owner.. he cares for the people he has helped me with legal advice on my builds he also helped me with some issues I’ve had with guns GREAT GREAT guy been going to him for years … prices are fair or cheap or retail I get around and out all of the gun shops in MONROE this is the one #thank you Chris

Very helpful. I went in for my first firearm purchase and Chris made the transaction very smooth. He even gave me a free box of hollow point ammunition with my purchase. On a side note, those one star reviews are hilarious to read.

This place is awesome. They have some really nice stuff in here and pretty good prices too. I've bought a few guns herein the past and Chris has always been straight forward and honest. I appreciate that a lot more than the shop down the road where they just try to push you into the latest and greatest overpriced garbage or whatever they thing you should buy. I just went in to do a transfer yesterday and left with a rifle and put a pistol on layaway. I swear by this place. I won't go anywhere else.

I purchased an AR from Chris on Sunday.
Hes,a very knowledgeable guy who will answer all your questions. The Armory has my business from now on. They have plenty of inventory to choose from. Plus a ton of accesories for just about any AR . If they don't have it they will get it. Chris treated us in a first class manner. He went above and beyond to make a friend and earn a customer.

Bought a fn 509 today. I won't get into specifics but I was very satisfied with my purchase. Will definitely return to check out his stock or perhaps order when this gun rush passes... Hopefully "fu 2020". I felt welcome in the shop. Some small shops have there "clicks" hanging out. Not here, I was a normal customer with questions and was attended to as one would expect.

Great gun shop with an awesome selection and very good prices. The owner Chris is extremely knowledgeable and will go out of his way to make sure you are making a good purchase that fits your needs. He also does some incredible custom set-ups and can pretty much build anything you can dream up. I Highly Highly recomend this business.

This is the best gun shop in the Poconos. I have never been disappointed by the custom work or by the service after the buy. You want a well built weapon, built professionally and with knowledge instead of just thrown together because it looks “tacticool” then shop here. Otherwise go to a box store and figure out how much junk you can hang off a rail.
