The help i had was great he did my gfs phone and mine so great with setup and everthing and questions

Raj was great. Had to upgrade my phone and he got me set up with a Google Pixel 7pro. Wow what a camera on this one!! I stop in to get lessons when I need them. It's not same as what I had. But, it's so fast and user friendly. Thank you Raj You Rock my friend!!

Rafmel is the absolute best. Poor guy was there all alone with 4-5 customers and was so polite and welcoming to each and every one of us. Seems to work well under pressure and is very pleasant to talk to. One of the most personable people I’ve ever had the pleasure of talking to while in an AT&T store.

My customer service with Isaiah at the Broadheadsville, PA At&t was great! Isaiah is a very amicable , helpful and personable young man. It's good to know that there's a knowledgeable person close by to take care of any technical problems I may have in the future! At&t is lucky to have him on their sales team!

Steven went above and beyond helping us for several hours yesterday. During this time, the WiFi was experiencing some technical issues, and he made sure that in between helping us, he addressed everyone who came in after us, explaining that there was a wait, but he would be with them shortly. He was very attentive and helpful, not only to us, but to everyone I saw walk in. He not only resolved our initial issue, but helped us with upgrading some of our equipment. He was friendly and personable, even chatting with our son about baseball and sports while we waited. Will be back again!

This AT&T store is amazing. Rafmel helped me out with Firstnet account from setup to ordering the phone. Keeping me updated along the way thru text. And had an appointment set to come in on sunday to see him. Very polite. Very helpful. Couldn’t believe he wasn’t the manager. He was handling multiple customers at once. I’ll be back to bring my nurse friends from the hospital to convert.

Theresa is Brodheadsville made our visit painless. It was my second time at this store with her and she is very patient, knowledgeable and thorough. I had a pleasant experience in upgrading my phone.

Brian was very helpful with resolving a issue that has been ongoing before he started and after a few weeks the issue was resolved resulting in a wonderful experience with him personally and would recommend this store to anyone he went up and beyond to make sure the issue was resolved

My experience was phenomenal! Felt like I was at home , talking with friends I’ve known for a while. Alicia’s service was very professional and very knowledgeable. She made sure i was taken care of and also could have a conversation aside from business dealings which means to me she cares about her customers. The staff was very nice, honest, and professional as well. And very organized!

During my experience at AT&T in brodheadsville Theresa was very helpful and answered all my questions. She even stayed later than closing hours to help me set up my new phone, I felt bad because I knew the store was closed but Theresa never made feel like a bother and was more than welcome to help me out.

Isaiah Spears is extremely friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. I highly recommend asking for him to help you with whatever your phone needs might be..

My service rep was awesome he helped find me the perfect phone for what I needed he was fast and polite he was able to conversate while doing his job and we even shared some laughs throughout our visit! It was a great experience and I will now keep this as my go to store

I hope your company understands what a rare gem you have in Alicia. Not only was she incredibly knowledgeable, her customer service and patience is unbelievable. She juggled a store full of people and handled each obstacle with precision and a fantastic attitude. If I was still in the retail industry, I would be doing everything in my power to recruit her. Alicia was fantastic, personal, knowledgeable and warm, even with people coming in Alicia went above and beyond to acknowledge them and asked them kindly to have a seat and she will be with them momentarily. Alicia took care of all my needs, went over my current bill and advise what would work better for myself and my family. I could go on and on, but my bottom line is Alicia was fantastic, left the store very very happy. THANK YOU SO MUCH ALICIA, I will not be going to any other store but Broadheadsville. 😊

I went in to get the new Galaxy Flip. Alicia at the Broadheadsville office was amazing. She went above and beyond to get me the phone I wanted in time for my office holiday party...because Pictures! I manage a business and can appreciate good customer service. She was on hold on one line on the phone, on the IPAD locating the case I wanted while settling a customer's bill in the store. I hope you guys recognize what you have in her. She's amazing. I will refer all my people to that store moving forward. Well done!
