The staff was way nicer than most fast food places I've been too. Just wanted to give them a shout out

On a long road trip, we found this place by accident. Great spot to let the kids blow off some energy. The playroom was huge and clean. The food was standard fast food fare, although the French fries were better than most! We had no problems with customer service as I read in a previous comment. It's right off the interstate and easy to access. We'll definitely add this to our pit stop list when traveling with kids!

Stopped here on a road trip and got some Whopper Juniors. They were absolutely perfect in every way, and we were served by the amazing and talented Talon. If I ever pass through Idaho again I will definitely stop by!

This Burger King Rules! The staff is always very on it when it comes to the food, timing, and customer service. Manager is awesome and seems to lead his team very well.

This is the BEST Burger King in Boise! It has the BEST pIay area for kids and the staff is the friendliest! They are so kind! We've met really nice people there and the kids play together often.

I was out of town and had lunch at this burger king. It was delicious.

I normally go to McDonald's, or Wendy's, but today we were running behind and just needed food. We stopped here, and ordered. They forgot to put my daughters nuggets in the bag, so I went inside to ask for them. The bald Italian looking manager was extremely friendly, and even gave me a free thing of frys for the inconvenience. I will be stopping here on my commute, inside of McDonald's or Wendy's from now on.

I really like that the whopper has real onion slices, and I like the onion rings. The Mozilla sticks are also really good.

Pulled into this Burger King cause I can fit my truck an trailer through the parking lot easily. Parked tried to go inside but the doors were locked do to staffing, drive thru was only open. But I can't fit through the drive thru with my equipment so I called an explained my situation and was allowed in to order my meal.
Thanks to the crew an management for the understanding. One of my favorite Burger Kings to go to.

I have stopped at this BK for years. I have been repeatedly disappointed by wait time and messed up orders and quality of food......BUT this weekend we reluctantly decided to stop at the drive thru and to our HUGE surprise had the BEST experience!!! The food was hot, the service was incredibly fast and it was GOOD food! I am so impressed and will be stopping by again soon. THANK YOU!

This location is special. The lobby is decorated and inviting, and the people who work here like the customers and each other. I have driven past a closer Burger King to eat here.

I loved the staff that was working tonight when we stopped by quickly. I ordered a grilled chicken and it was burnt to a crisp on the bottom, but they fixed the situation immediately and we're very nice about it all. And the manager was very nice and accommodating, as well as Brendan. Great experience. And the playground seems way cleaner than any McDonald's I've been to lately, so that was a plus.

Fantastic service. The evening crew was amazing. Great food at a clean place. The shift leader Becca is very professional, helpful, and so kind. I’ll definitely be coming back!

This is a fantastic place to come and grab a bite to eat...relax and have people care about you, and the service your provided with is phenomenal... I would highly recommend going to this burger king where the food stays HOT and the service stays friendly and professional. I would say ELMER is the best manager they have considering he works in a fast paced environment and is not stressing out all over the place. Definitely staying calm and coaching others the right way to cook. Keep up the great work!!!

Absolutely the best Burger King Boise has to offer. The food was all hot, the nuggets we got were PERFECTLY crisp, and the French fries were exquisite (my husband worked for the company that MAKES these fries and even he agreed they were done to absolute perfection). It's more than apparent that this Burger King aims to stand above the rest. I will always do my best to grab a bite when I'm close. 5 stars. Hands down. I can even 100% understand the slightly longer wait because, it was WORTH EVERY SECOND!
