Nordstrom Rack

Just recently started visiting this store. Once during Christmas and today. They handled the crowd of last minute shoppers extremely well. Like what they have in clothes for my son. He likes different items( shirts, pants, etc.). And Pajamas. He loves pjs.

Great place to shop especially since they've redesigned check-out making it more efficient. Selection is always good but husband complains they need more selection for men😊I am pleased.

Enjoy going to Willow Grove location. Clean, organized and so much easier than dealing with KOP mall or driving into the city.

Clean, staff is friendly, easy to get in/out, and the lines move fast. Can’t really complain about anything here.

Exceptional pricing for name brands, well worth a look.

Nice atmosphere, great customer service, and nice prices

I had a very good experience recently when I visited this location for the first time. So much nicer (and cleaner) than the Langhorne location. Everything was organized and you could easily shop through the store and look through the clothing. Store was bright with good signage. The employees were pleasant. I will definitely be going back.

Always find great deals

This store is incredible- great selection, friendly people, and clean environment. The real MVP of my visit today as Bergen (so sorry if I'm misspelling) from asset protection. My son had dropped his baby blanket somewhere in the store, but I was unable to find it. I bought that blanket for him when I found out I was pregnant with him and we use it daily, so we were both very upset to think it could be gone. Bergen took my information, and was able to locate it! I cannot express how thankful we are for his kindness and hard work- he truly went above and beyond today and absolutely should be recognized for being such a positive asset to Nordstrom. We will absolutely be returning to this location. Happy Holidays!

Love the ease of ordering online & having it shipped to the store. Last 2 times I was here to pick up purchases, my cashier was Shenee K. & she is amazing. Professional yet funny & keeps her cool when the lines get long & busy. Can't wait to come back for amazing selection, great prices & employees!

Good place with affordable items, good alternative to Nordstrom, i.e all the discount items from Nordstrom department stores end up at Nordstrom Rack. At the Rack, you’ll find discounts up to 50-70% off.
However I would prefer Nordstrom for a good choice of designer goodies 😋

I only go here to use the bathroom. I like it because it's cleaner than the food court's bathroom.

Update: So I finally decided to shop here and I found some decent outfits for a good price. 👍🏽

My 2nd time to this location. Excellent customer service, clean and neat store. Lee, the fitting room attendant is a shining star! I loved her interaction with my daughter! I'll be back.

This store is a nice place to shop. I browse on occasion walking from the parking lot thru the store to the mall. Their sales are great. Cashiers are pleasant. The only drawback is the lines you have to wait in to pay for your purchases. That's annoying. Other than that I enjoy shopping at Nordstrom Rack.

Manager Cindy was super friendly and very customer focused. She promptly resolved my issue with a pickup order.
