All the employees I've ever had contact with are so nice and friendly. Really nice shoe displays and alot in stock. The machine to check sizes is a feature also.

Great prices and I like the customer service from the staff members. I wish I could remember the name of our sales rep. He was in great and incorporating a little bit of himself and his knowledge of sneakers into his customer service pitch. Now that my son is a teenager he wants name brand which translates to more expensive sneakers. I knew nothing about Jordans, LeBron James, Kyrie Irving or any of the other franchise player sneakers. We settled on a pair of Jordans after seven or eight attempts at other brands. The Jordans gave his foot support and can be worn without looking like basketball sneakers in other outfits. The best part of all was that my son's name is Jordan so he feels great about having his name on the back of his sneakers.

Found my granddaughter birthday present there and I thought for sure they would be sold out. So the smile on my baby face was priceless because she got her sneakers.

I was just passing by with my friend who entered Kicks USA.I wasn't planning to shop but then shop assistant Brian showed some real dope shoes from the Back to the Future movie.We started with shoes and ended up buying some other stuff.I mean that is something I wasn't planning and thus everything I have is so dope right now!I have changed my style and don't regret it!You see how spontaneous shopping with cool assistance may trigger changes in your life!Go there and ask for Brian!That dude is awesome!!!
