My wife and I had an excellent experience with Bryan Statler from Wind Gap Chevy. The process was seamless and Bryan was polite, professional, and personable during the entirety of our time at the dealership. We bought a brand new Chevy Bolt. Bryan kept us comfortable with our decision and didn't attempt to push us into anything else that we may not have been interested in purchasing. In addition, the dealership is clean and the entire staff treated us with a similar demeanor as Bryan. We're about a month out from our purchase now and the car is also treating us quite well!

My vehicle recently got totaled so I went to Windgap Chevy only 4 days after the accident and I’m extremely happy I did. I was able to drive out of there with the very first car that caught my eye. Johnny helped me make it happen. He was very pleasant to do business with. Everyone I spoke to there was really nice. I highly recommend them to anyone in the market for a new vehicle.

See Update below: Not suggested dealer for service or sales anymore. Made appt. Said can not find any issue. Went back 2 weeks later now they find issue and want to charge for repair just out of warranty. No “Good Will” repair, no care about being loyal customer. 3 cars and referred someone who bought.

UPDATE : WindGap Chevy saw the review, and promptly contacted me. The very courteous Service Manager was in contact and stepped up to cover the repair, very thankful for this and at the end of the day they came through.

Bryan was very professional with communication, we talked to him and the sales manager Rich, After a little back and forth dealing, We settled on a fair price.
This all started at 9:00 am on a saturday, by 2:00 pm we were at the dealership making the deal.
