The manager, John is super cool & professional. The simplified sign up process, due to modern technology; makes acquiring a storage unit simple & efficient. Great location, gated and cameras. Right off Curtis exit, across freeway from St. Als hospital. No long term contract. Month to month which fits my needs.

I rented a unit and thought it was going to be for 4 to 6 months, as it turned out I only needed it for 2 weeks. Spoke to management and they were great about the process and within 2 hours the contract was canceled and No early penalties. Management was very personal and professional.

Great place, very nice and supportive onsite staff. And competitive rates! Definitely would use again.

The manager here is always so joyful and helpful!! We highly recommend. We moved from Florida to Idaho and after a long day of travel and a huge problem with access to the storage we had arranged to use at another storage company. The manager here was more then willing to match the offer we had at the previous place and brought some well needed joy and peace to the end of our cross country move.

Great place for our short term storage needs. Our BSU student needed storage over the summer and they were super helpful! We are from out of state but they made it easy to set up over the phone and even had the lock ready for when my daughter came in. Highly recommend!

The people who work there are very pleasant. My second month was free and I didn’t have to insure the contents. I highly recommend them.

John at the front desk made our experience a great one, we moved from the west side of the valley to Boise and this storage facility with John’s help has been a life saver.

I've been a local apartment-dwelling customer for over a decade, yeah decade. As a kid in the 80s my mom even rented from this site.
When the rates increase (frequently) it's annoying. Rude. I get the property is an investment, passive income, capitalism, economics... But not charging more $(especially a long-term renter) doesn't mean you LOSE $, it just means you don't GET more $.
Anyway, the staff actively work there, have always been helpful, especially the current on-site manager Emilie. She's communicative (always posts if she's on-site but not at the desk - even when it's blustery cold outside & snowing.) She's been cordial and helpful (like when I had to cut my lock off and replace it with a keyless one).
Office and gate access are consistent; schedule changes are announced in advance. The site is kept clean of litter (and never looks abandoned or neglected) which I believe discourages theft or vandalism.
I'm indefinitely displaced caring for an elderly parent in a location far enough that prevents daily access so the on-site manager, monitored gate access and online payment options are very important to me and for the security of my sentimental things. * Seriously, how about a customer reward? (Not advance payment discount.) Like, after a decade of increased payments, start charging the original rate (controlled)? 🙂

I think the rates are reasonable. The management is exceptional! I've always felt safe in the location and never had to worry about my items that I stored there. I would use them again in a heartbeat ❤! I'm only giving five stars in my review because that's all they would allow.⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I moved from out of state and needed to know I had somewhere for my stuff when I got here. Emilie was the best. She made me feel at ease knowing everything was taken care of. She greeted me when I got here and personally took me to my unit. It was a wonderful experience and I highly recommend this site.

Linda & Jay are two of the most amazing individuals I have ever met! I have rented from them a couple of times over the past ten years because their prices are reasonable the units are super clean, well ventilated, dry and pest free! Never a problem getting in or out of the secure facility, it has security cameras and is a safe environment for your property. I highly recommend their Stor-N-Lock Self Storage to others. Willie helped us get set up with our storage and was very friendly and shared lots of knowledge about the area with us. We felt very welcome. We received a discount off our first months rent from the owner's that was very helpful. I feel very good about the safety and cleanliness of the facilities. I definitely recommend Stor-N-Lock!
Update, we have moved out, but they treated us with such kindness and a neighborly attitude, I would definitely use their storage again and recommend it to others!
