My wife and I have used Penny exclusively for primarily Caribbean travel over the last 10 years. She has always shown exceptional knowledge of the properties and the procedures – all the pieces of the puzzle that need to get put together to make your trip the absolute best it can be.
She is truly one of a kind and an amazing specialist when it comes to the Sandals and Beaches resorts. She really knows her way around the islands and the travel business and is excellent at reminding her clients of the process and their responsibilities all along the way.
We simply will not book travel to the Caribbean if it’s not with Penny. She’s delightful to work with, Has a wonderful sense of humor, and seemingly infinite patience. I have been using Penny since 1998 to do all my travel needs. We go on vacation at least once a year if not twice a year along with some family and friends and she handles all their travel too and they are from another states and we all meet up and we enjoy each and every one of our trips. Penny Sheldon Travel has been helping me with my travel plans for a long time. She has been wonderful! I think every trip has had something go wrong for us, that she had to fix so our vacation would not be spoiled. This last trip in January had to be the hardest one for her. Our flights for my whole family of 11 where canceled because of a snow storm in the Midwest. She got us all on another flight from a different city and got our time at our resort lengthened a day so we would have the same time there. She got special meals and excursions set up for us too, which would have been harder for me since we were delayed. I can not thank Penny for saving this vacation and the past ones that she had to fix for us. She will do anything she can to help, even after you are back and dealing with the airline mistakes. She is very dedicated to her customers and after 2 months she is still helping me. You can’t find anyone better to help you have a wonderful vacation.
