Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Water Cleanup

I needed my electric water heater maintenance program performed. Roto-Rooter was very accommodating by honoring my request to have my preferred plumber ( Ash) to perform the service. Ash was happy to answer all my questions regarding the process and recommended maintenance schedule.
Without any hesitation he allowed me to watch the set up for draining the water from the tank and explained the precautions such as the requirement to shut off the electricity to the tank prior to begining the draining process.

James from Roto Rooter was excellent. He was very respectful and attentive to detail when it came to releasing the blockage in the building's sewer line. Customer service was wonderful and he also kept his work space very neat and clean. I will request him again next time if an issue occurs with our sewer line.

Joe was great! I was over 24 hours without a sink trying to get rid of a clog on my own. He not only showed up quickly he fixed it quickly! And he made me feel better by letting me know I wouldn’t have been able to get it on my own. But made a good effort.

I had an emergency on Friday night, March 22. My garbage disposal was corroded, and water was leaking on the kitchen floor. James from Roto-Rooter came out at 9:00 PM and stayed for one and a half hours to fix the problem. He was very nice and knowledgeable. I was pleased with the service.

We need to have our main sewer line cleaned about once a year due to poor slope of the sewer line. Roto Rooter has handled this for us for many many years. It's always easy to get a quick appt and the work is always done well
. Every visit they explain the cost of the option of repair. Very happy with the service..that's why we go back to them every year...
